بررسی مدیریت دانش، ارتباط آن با فناوری اطلاعات و تاثیر آن در سازمان

دانش، مهمترین متغیر رشد همه جانبه سازمان ها و بنگاه های اقتصادی در عصر حاضر است. به عبارت دیگر می توان دانش را دارایی کلیدی و ارزشمند و مبنای رشد پایدار سازمان ها دانست. از این رو امروزه سازمان ها دریافته اند که برای تداوم عمر خود نیازمند راهبردی دقیق جهت مدیریت و ارزش گذاری دانش خود هستند. از سوی دیگر در جهان امروز تکنولوژی اطلاعات، امکان بهره گیری سودمند و کارآمد از اطلاعات را در سازمان ها ممکن ساخته است. بکارگیری تکنولوژی اطلاعات (فناوری اطلاعات)، تحول گسترده ای در امور اداری و سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی ایجاد نموده به طوریکه امکان انتقال الکترونیکی داده ها، مدارک، اسناد و مکاتبات مختلف از طریق کامپیوتر و خطوط ارتباطات مخابراتی فراهم‌ گردیده است و می توان ادعا نمود امروزه فناوری هایی مانند اینترنت، اینترانت، ایمیل، پایگاه های اطلاعاتی و ... نقش موثری در مدیریت دانش در سازمان ها ایفا می کنند. از این رو در این مقاله سعی گردیده پس از بررسی مفاهیم کلیدی، به نقش فناوری اطلاعات در مدیریت دانش و تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر ارتقاء عملکرد سازمانی پرداخته شود.

Knowledge management, its relationship with information technology and its impact on organization

Knowledge is the most important variable of all-round growth of organizations and businesses in the present age. In other words, knowledge can be considered as a key and valuable asset and the basis for sustainable growth of organizations. Therefore, today organizations have realized that they need a precise strategy for managing and evaluating their knowledge to last a lifetime. On the other hand, in today's world, information technology has made it possible for organizations to benefit from information efficiently and effectively. The application of information technology (information technology) has created a wide evolution in the administration and information systems so that various electronic data, documents, documents and correspondence can be transmitted electronically through computers and telecommunication lines and technology can be claimed today. Things like internet, intranet, email, databases, etc. play an effective role in managing knowledge in organizations. Therefore, in this paper, after examining key concepts, the role of information technology in knowledge management and the impact of knowledge management on organizational performance promotion is discussed.
