کاربرد رویکرد Mcdm جهت شناسایی و تحلیل شاخص های نوآوری پایدار در زنجیره تامین صنایع لبنی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت پگاه)

هدف از انجام تحقیق پیش رو؛ کاربرد رویکرد mcdm جهت شناسایی و تحلیل شاخص های نوآوری پایدار در زنجیره تامین صنایع لبنی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت پگاه) می باشد. این تحقیق، از نظر دسته بندی بر حسب هدف، یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی- غیرآزمایشی می باشد. همچنین تحقیق پیش رو در میان انواع روش های تحقیق توصیفی، در زمره مطالعه موردی قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق متشکل از 12 نفر از خبرگان و کارشناسان ارشد شرکت پگاه می باشد. معیارهای اصلی تحقیق حاضر عبارتند از: معیار محیطی، معیار اقتصادی و معیار اجتماعی. زیرمعیارهای هریک از این معیارهای اصلی به کمک تکنیک دلفی در سه راند غربال شده و پس از استخراج، زیرمعیارهای نهایی با استفاده از تکنیک anp-dematel مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق مشخص گردید؛ از میان معیارهای اصلی مورد مطالعه، معیار محیطی با وزن نرمال 527/0 در اولویت نخست قرار گرفته است. همچنین نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است؛ بهداشت، ایمنی و حقوق شغلی کارکنان، تقویت تصویر سازمانی و توسعه قابلیت های تدارکات سبز به عنوان سه شاخص برتر در زمینه ی نوآوری پایدار در زنجیره تامین می باشند. از طرفی دیگر؛ نتایج تحقیق نشان داد معیار اقتصادی از بیشترین تاثیرگذاری و معیار محیطی از بیشترین تاثیرپذیری و تعامل با سایر معیارها برخوردار بوده اند.

A supply chain sustainability innovation framework and evaluation by MCDM methodology in dairy industry

The purpose of the present research is to apply MCDM approach in order to identify and analyze sustainable innovation indicators in the dairy industries supply chain (Case Study: Pegah Company). In terms of purpose, this research is an applied research and in terms of data collection the present study is descriptive-non-experimental. Among the various methods of descriptive researches, the present research is a case study. The statistical population of the research consists of 12 experts and senior experts of Pegah Company. The main criteria of this study are: environmental criterion, economic criterion and social criterion. Sub-criteria of each of these key criteria have been screened in three rounds by using Delphi technique and after extraction the final sub-criteria were analyzed by using ANP-DEMATEL technique. According to the results of the research, among the main criteria of the study, environmental criterion with the normal weight of 0.527 has the first priority. The results also indicate that hygiene, safety, and occupational rights of employees, organizational image enhancement and green logistics capabilities development are the top three indicators in the field of Sustainable Innovation in Supply Chain. On the other hand, the results showed that the economic criterion has the most impact and the environmental criterion has the most affectibility and interaction with other criteria.
