مدیریت دانش در سازمان ها - ( مطالعه موردی شهرداری مشهد مقدس )

این مقاله در رابطه با نقش مدیریت دانش در سازمان ها در شهرداری مشهد به عنوان دومین کلان شهر کشور با توجه به مقالات ،پژوهش ها ،کنفرانس ها ، همایش های انجام شده به صورت مقاله ای مروری ، علمی و ترویجی و توصیفی انجام گردیده است لذا با توجه به مطالعات صورت گرفته و مهم بودن موضوع مدیریت دانش و اینکه در عصر حاضر مدیریت دانش یکی از عوامل کلیدی در موفقیت و پیشرفت و رسیدن به اهداف سازمان میباشد. لذا در این مقاله تلاش میگردد ضمن بیان نمودن اهمیت و ضرورت مدیریت دانش ، عناصر مدیریت دانش، ، انواع دانش، مدیریت دانش و توانمندسازی منابع انسانی، مدل های مدیریت دانش و ... بپردازد .
