آسیب‌شناسی ارتباطات اینترنتی برای کارکنان سازمان‌های دولتی

زمینه و هدف: اینترنت یکی از فناوری‌های ارتباطی جدید است که امروزه کاربردهای فراوانی در زندگی افراد جامعه داشته و مزایای بسیاری برای پیشبرد هدف‌های علمی، پژوهشی، فراغتی و... دارد؛ اما استفادة نادرست از این فناوری‌های ارتباطی منجر به برخی از آسیب‌های اجتماعی و سازمانی گشته است که متاسفانه کلیه اقشار جامعه را نیز دربر می‌گیرد و در این میان سازمان‌های حساس و امنیتی نیز از آن مستثنا نیستند. اعتیاد به اینترنت و تلفن همراه و نیز سایر دشواری‌های امنیتی، از جمله آسیب‌های ناشی از کاربرد نادرست این فناوری‌ها محسوب می‌گردد. از سوی دیگر پلیس به عنوان نهاد موثر می‌توانند نقش سازنده‌ای در کاهش آسیب‌های یادشده و فرایند رشد اجتماعی و جامعه‌پذیری ایفا کنند. استفاده نادرست از تلفن همراه و اینترنت به‌ویژه در حوزه کارکنان سازمان‌های دولتی، آسیب‌های‌ اجتماعی و امنیتی بی‌شماری را به‌دنبال دارد. بنابراین هدف از نگارش این مقاله تبیین آسیب‌های اجتماعی ناشی از فناوری‌های ارتباطی و تفهیم آن برای قشر آسیب‌پذیر و فرهنگ‌سازی در خصوص استفاده از اینترنت است.روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز به صورت اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: در پژوهش حاضر با توجه به آسیب‌های ناشی از اینترنت برای کارکنان سازمان‌های دولتی این نتیجه میسور است که سیر، گشت‌وگذار و استفاده از فضای مجازی چیزی نیست که بتوان در مقابل آن مقاومت کرد و استفاده از آن را نهی نمود؛ بنابراین با توجه به آسیب‌پذیری کارکنان و بالتبع تاثیر آن بر روی سازمان، روش‌ها و راه‌کارهای فراوانی برای جلوگیری از دچار شدن به این آسیب‌ها ارائه شده است که مهم‌ترین راه‌کار آموزش و بهره‌گیری از محیط خانواده است.

Pathology of Internet Communication for Employees of Governmental Organizations

Background and Aim: Internet is one of the new communication technologies that has many applications in the lives of people today and has many benefits for advancing scientific, research, leisure, etc .; But the misuse of these communication technologies has led to some social and organizational harms that unfortunately affect all segments of society, and among them sensitive and security organizations are no exception. Internet and mobile phone addiction as well as other security difficulties are among the harms caused by the improper use of these technologies. On the other hand, the police as an effective institution can play a constructive role in reducing these injuries and the process of social growth and socialization. Misuse of mobile phones and the Internet, especially in the area of ??government employees, leads to numerous social and security harms. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to explain the social harms caused by communication technologies and to understand it for the vulnerable and to create a culture regarding the use of the Internet.Methodology: This research is of applied type and its method is descriptive. The required information has been collected in the form of documents and libraries.Findings and Conclusion: In the present study, considering the harms caused by the Internet for the employees of government organizations, it can be concluded that traveling, browsing and using cyberspace is not something that can be resisted and its use prohibited; Therefore, considering the vulnerability of employees and, consequently, its impact on the organization, many methods and strategies to prevent these injuries have been presented, which is the most important strategy of training and using the family environment.
