بررسی تاثیرات الیاف کربن و شیشه در سنگ های مصنوعی ساخته شده با کوارتز و رزین وینیل‌استر

سنگ مصنوعی ترکیبی از سنگ‌دانه‌های طبیعی و مواد افزودنی مانند صمغ‌های صنعتی )رزین(، سیمان و دیگر مواد پلیمری می‌باشد. از سنگ مصنوعی می‌توان با توجه به طرح ساخته شده در بخش‌های مختلف ساختمان و محوطه سازی استفاده نمود. از جمله مهم‌ترین کاربرد این نوع سنگ‌ها می‌توان به نمای داخلی و خارجی ساختمان، کف پوش و سنگ فرش، پله و تزیین ویلا و باغچه اشاره نمود. در این پژوهش از کوارتزهای صنعتی استفاده شده به علت این که استحکام کوارتز باعث می‌شود که به طور طبیعی در مقابل سایش، خراش، ضربه و حتی اسیدها بدون نیاز به مهر و موم مقاوم باشد. همچنین اثرات زیست محیطی بر کوارتز تولید شده پایین است. کوارتز یک مواد وافر است و محصول نهایی تولید شده از آن غیرسمی و غیر آلرژیک است و به دلیل سختی بالا طول عمر بالایی را هم دارا می‌باشد. نمونه سنگ‌های مصنوعی ساخته شده از لحاظ سنگ‌دانه (کوارتزهای صنعتی) و نوع و درصد رزین (25 درصد رزین وینیل‌استر) در شرایطی یکسان تهیه شده‌اند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیرات الیاف کربن و شیشه در سنگ‌های مصنوعی ساخته شده با کوارتز و رزین وینیل‌استر می‌باشد. برای تعیین ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و مکانیکی )مقاومت کششی برزیلین، بارنقطه‌ای و مقاومت فشاری تک‌محوری(، سنگ‌های مصنوعی ساخته شده مورد آزمایش واقع شده‌اند.
