The off-shore makran accretionary complex is about 100 km wide and is associated by characteristics of compressional tectonic regimes such as folding, thrusting, and intrusions. herein, satellite potential field data are used to infer the large-scale structure of the prism.we studied the large-scale structure of the off-shore makran accretionary prism from potential field data. the results show that it is possible to study a range of geological and tectonic features using satellite gravity data
