آموزش علوم زمین با رویکرد کلاس معکوس در ایام کرونا

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی یکی از راه‌های مناسب جهت آموزش بهتر درس زمین‌شناسی در ایام کرونا انجام شده است؛ آموزش به شیوه معکوس رویکرد نسبتا جدیدی در دنیا می‌باشد که چهار رکن دارد که برگرفته از حروف کلمه f-l-i-p است که عبارت اند از: محیط انعطاف پذیر (flexible environment)، فرهنگ یادگیری (learning culture)، محتوای هدف دار (intentional content) و مربی باتجربه و حرفه‌ای (professional educator). این چهار رکن باعث افزایش زمان کلاس، انجام فعالیت های پویا و افزایش مشغولیت در کلاس می‌شود. که بر 3 اصل یادگیری تلفیقی، یادگیرنده محوری و فعال استوار شده است. در این روش با توجه به 3 عنصر مهم یادگیری که شامل محتوا، کنجکاوی و ارتباط انسانی می‌باشد، جای کلاس و منزل را با یکدیگر عوض می‌کند؛ به گونه‌ای که دانش‌آموزان، فیلم، صدا یا مقاله ارسالی معلم را در منزل مشاهده می‌کنند و در زمان حضور در کلاس، ضمن انجام تکالیف، فعالیت‌ها، پرسش و پاسخ، بحث و رفع اشکال، یادگیری فعالی را محقق می‌سازد. با توجه به ماهیت درس زمین‌شناسی که برای آموزش آن به حضور در فضای خارج از کلاس توصیه می‌شود، در این ایام معلمان می‌توانند علاوه بر در اختیار گذاشتن فیلم‌های تدریس، فیلم‌های واقعی مرتبط با درس را در اختیار دانش آموزان قرار دهند و با تعیین تکالیف عملی در زمینه‌های مختلف زمین‌شناسی و بحث و بررسی آن در کلاس درس، حضور فراگیران را در فرآیند یاددهی- یادگیری پررنگ‌تر کرده و یادگیری پایداری را رقم بزنند.

Teaching Earth Sciences with Flipped Class Approach in Corona

This study was conducted to investigate one of the appropriate ways to better teach geology in Corona; Inverse education is a relatively new approach in the world that has four pillars derived from the letters of the word FLIP which are: Flexible environment, Learning culture, Intentional content And an experienced and professional educator. These four pillars increase class time, dynamic activities and increase classroom engagement. Which is based on 3 principles of integrated learning, learner-centered and active. In this method, according to 3 important elements of learning, which include content, curiosity and human communication, the place of the classroom and home is exchanged with each other; In such a way that students watch the teacher, video, audio or article submitted by the teacher at home and while attending class, while doing homework, activities, questions and answers, discussion and debugging, realizes active learning. Due to the nature of the geology lesson, which is recommended for teaching outside the classroom, in these days, teachers can, in addition to providing teaching videos, provide students with real videos related to the lesson and by assigning practical assignments. In various fields of geology and its discussion in the classroom, increase the presence of learners in the teaching-learning process and figure out sustainable learning.
