ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژیﻫﺎی ﻧﻮﯾﻦ ﻣﻌﻤﺎری در ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎی ارﺗﻘﺎدﻫﻨﺪه ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺑﺮ رﻓﺎه اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ

ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮی را ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺖ و درﻣﺎن ﺑﯿﻤﺎر در آن اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮد، و در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ آن، ﻣﺤﻮرﯾﺖ اﻧﺴﺎن و ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎی او اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ اﺳﺖ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺧﺎﺻﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺳﻮال ﻫﺴﺘﯿﻢ ﮐﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژیﻫﺎی ﻧﻮﯾﻦ ﻣﻌﻤﺎری در ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎی درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد و ارﺗﻘﺎ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻣﯿﺸﻮد ؟ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﯿﺘﻮان ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژیﻫﺎی ﻧﻮﯾﻦ در ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و ﻣﻌﻤﺎری ﺑﻪ ارﺗﻘﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎ و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ آن ﺑﺮ رﻓﺎه اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﮐﺮد؟ ﻣﻌﻤﺎری ﺿﻌﯿﻒ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺘﯽ و روان ﺑﯿﻤﺎران و ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻃﻮر ﺟﻠﻮه و ﺳﯿﻤﺎی ﺷﻬﺮی ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﺑﮕﺬارد. در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺧﻮب ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽﻫﺎ و ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺮس ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ دو ﺳﻮﯾﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﻀﺎی ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎ در ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻘﺎ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺑﯿﻤﺎران و ارﺗﻘﺎ رﻓﺎه اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ دﻟﻔﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ رواﯾﯽ cvrو cviﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪ و ﺳﭙﺲ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎی ﻋﻤﻠﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪه از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﻮردی و ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎی ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪه، در ﺟﺪول راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎی ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ در دو دﺳﺘﻪی اﺻﻟﯽ ﻣﺆ ﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﯿﻂ داﺧﻟﯽ و ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪی ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ درﻣﺤﯿﻂ داﺧﻟﯽ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻟﯽ ﻧﻈﯿﺮ: )ﻣﺒﻠﻤﺎن، رﻧﮓ، ﻧﻘﺎﺷﯽﻫﺎی دﯾﻮاری و ﻧﻮر ﭘﺮدازی( و در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ )ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺼﺮی ﺑﺎ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﺖ و ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﭼﺸﻢ اﻧﺪاز، ﻧﻮر و ﻣﺼﺎﻟﺢ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ( از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﺣﯿﺎط ﻣﺮﮐﺰی و ﯾﺎ ﺑﺎم ﺳﺒﺰ در ﻃﺒﻘﺎت ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﺖ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮی از آن ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺎٍﺛﯿﺮ را دارا ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ داﺧﻠﯽ و ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻃﻮر ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮی ﻣﯿﺘﻮاﻧﺪ روﻧﺪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ دﻫﺪ و ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ رواﻧﯽ و ﺟﺴﻤﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎران ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان زﯾﺎدی ﻣﺆﺛﺮ واﻗﻊ ﺷﻮد و ارﺗﻘﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ درﻣﺎن و رﻓﺎه اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﺮﻫﻢ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ دوﺳﻮﯾﻪ و ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ دارﻧﺪ.

analysis of the impact of new architectural technologies in healthpromoting hospitals on social welfare in cities

hospitals include the most important urban spaces and as a place where the process of patient care and treatment is carried out, and in its environment, human-centeredness and responding to his needs are of particular importance. in the current research, we are looking for an answer to the question, what factors related to new architectural technologies in the design of therapeutic spaces improve health? how can modern technologies in design and architecture be used to improve the quality of hospitals and its impact on social welfare in cities? the poor architecture of the hospital can have a negative effect on the health and mental health of the patients, as well as the appearance of the city. on the other hand, good design can help strengthen abilities and reduce stress, and there is a two-way effect between the space of hospitals in the city on improving the health of patients and improving social welfare. the research method is qualitative and using the delphi technique, the obtained components were analyzed by cvr and cvi reliability index, and then the practical solutions reviewed from the case examples and researches reviewed are presented in the table of design solutions. the findings have been classified into two main categories of internal and external environment components and show that in the internal environment, similar factors: (furniture, color, wall paintings and lighting) and in the external environment (visual connection with nature and provision of landscape) , light and natural materials) through different strategies such as a central courtyard or a green roof on the floors can have direct access to nature and its maximum use have the greatest impact. as a result, proper interior design and proper communication with urban spaces can increase the improvement process and greatly affect the mental and physical health of patients, and improving the quality of treatment and social welfare in cities have a two-way and mutual effect.
