واکاوی نگرش جوامع محلی به توسعه گردشگری در محیط های شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر خلخال)

در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎی اﺧﯿﺮ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﯽ در ﻣﻮرد ادراک ﺳﺎﮐﻨﺎن از ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ادراﮐﺎت ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﺳﺎﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی را ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار دادهاﻧﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﮕﺮش ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﻠﺨﺎل ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوری دادهﻫﺎ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻮده و ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار pls اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮات اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ادراکﺷﺪه ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﭼﻨﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ دروﻧﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ ﻧﺪارد. در ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﮔﻔﺖ درﺳﺖ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در اﺛﺮ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی، ﻗﯿﻤﺖ اﻣﻼک و زﻣﯿﻦﻫﺎی ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺑﺎﻻ رﻓﺘﻪ اﻣﺎ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻧﺘﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ ﻋﺸﻖ ﺑﻪ وﻃﻦ را در ﺳﺎﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﺤﻠﯽ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دﻫﺪ. ﻫﻢﭼﻨﯿﻦ وﻓﺎداری ﺳﺎﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ دروﻧﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﻣﻨﻄﻘﯽ و ﻋﻘﻼﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ ﭼﺮا ﮐﻪ ﻣﺮدم وﻃﻦ ﺧﻮد را ﺑﯿﺶ از ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﮑﺎنﻫﺎ دوﺳﺖ دارﻧﺪ و ﻋﻠﯿﺮﻏﻢ اﺛﺮات ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎن در آن زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻬﻢ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻧﮕﺮش ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﯽﺷﻤﺎری از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی، ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، ﭘﺎﯾﺪاری ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ، ﺷﯿﻮهﻫﺎی ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ، ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ و اﻧﺴﺠﺎم اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻟﺬا ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ و ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺟﻬﺖ داﺷﺘﻦ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮی ﭘﺎﯾﺪار و ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﺿﺮوری و ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ.

investigation of local communities' attitudes towards tourism development in urban environments (case study: khalkhal city)

in recent years, various studies have been conducted on residents' perceptions of tourism development, focusingon both positive and negative perceptions. the aim of this research is to examine the local community's attitudetowards tourism development in khalkhal city. the data collection tool used in this research was a questionnaire,and data analysis was performed using pls software. the results indicate that perceived negative economic effectsdo not significantly impact the intrinsic satisfaction of the local community. although tourism has led to asignificant increase in property and land prices, it has not diminished the locals' love for their homeland.furthermore, residents' loyalty was confirmed to influence the intrinsic satisfaction of the local community. oneof the key findings of this research is that the local community's attitude towards tourism development is influencedby numerous factors, including economic considerations, cultural identity, environmental sustainability,communication practices, historical context, and social cohesion. recognizing and addressing these factors isessential for achieving sustainable and successful tourism.
