تحلیل اثرات مدیریت مشارکتی بر ابعاد پایداری در سطح محلات شهری مورد مطالعه: شهر زابل

امروزه مشارکت آگاهانه نقطه ثقل و عنصر مرکزی در دستیابی به حکمروایی خوب شهری و توسعه پایدار است. در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل اثرات مدیریت مشارکتی بر ابعاد پایداری در سطح محلات شهر زابل می باشد. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش تحقیق روش کمی و پیمایشی است. داده های مورد نیاز تحقیق با روش اسنادی-پرسشنامه ای گردآوری شد. در این پژوهش از 2 نوع جامعه آماری استفاده شد. الف) شهروندان ساکن در شهر زابل به عنوان جامعه نمونه (134950 نفر) که حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 383 نفر تعیین شد. ب) جامعه آماری، متخصصان که بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند تعدد 20 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spss و مدل های (edas and f-ahp) استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون ضریب تغییرات نشان داد در تمامی گویه های مطرح شده، مرتبه های متوسط رو به پایین، درصد بیشتری را به خود اختصاص داده است، در واقع، نتایج گویای وضعیت نامناسب مدیریت مشارکتی در شهر زابل می باشد. در مطالعه همبستگی بین ابعاد پایداری (اقتصادی و اجتماعی، کالبدی و زیست محیطی) با مدیریت مشارکتی در سطح محلات شهر زابل، بررسی مقادیر آزمون کای اسکوئر نشان داد که بین تمامی متغیر های وابسته با مدیریت مشارکتی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد وجود دارد. در نهایت نتایج میزان تاثیرپذیری هر یک از ابعاد پایداری محلات شهر زابل مبتنی بر رویکرد مدیریت مشارکتی با استفاده از مدل edas، نشان داد به ترتیب بعد کالبدی با مقدار وزن 0.98 و بعد زیست محیطی با مقدار وزن 0.011، بالاترین و پایین ترین رتبه را به خود اختصاص داده اند.

analysis the impact of participatory management on the dimensions of sustainability in the level of urban neighborhoods (case study: zabol city)

today, conscious participation is the focal point and central element in achieving good urban governance andsustainable development. in this regard, the aim of the current research is to analysis the impact of participatorymanagement on the dimensions of sustainability in the level of urban neighborhoods in zabol city. this researchis applied in terms of purpose and in terms of the nature and method of research, it is a quantitative and surveymethod. the data needed for the research was collected by a documentary-questionnaire method. in this research,2 types of statistical population were used. a) citizens living in zabol city as a sample community (134950 people)whose sample size was determined by using cochran's formula as 383 people. b) statistical population, specialistswho were selected as a statistical sample based on the purposeful sampling of 20 people. spss software andmodels (edas and f-ahp) were used for data analysis. the results of the coefficient of variation test showed thatin all the mentioned items, the middle and lower ranks have a higher percentage, in fact, the results indicate thepoor state of participatory management in zabol city. in the study of the correlation between the dimensions ofsustainability (economic, social, physical and environmental) with participatory management at the local level ofzabol city, the chi-square test values showed that, there is a positive and significant relationship between alldependent variables with collaborative management at the 99% confidence level. finally, the results of theeffectiveness of each of the dimensions of the sustainability of the neighborhoods of zabol based on theparticipatory management approach using the edas model showed the physical dimension with a weight of 0.98and the environmental dimension with a weight of 0.011, respectively, they have assigned the highest and lowestrank.
