خوانشی بر پیشران‌های اثرگذار بر وضعیت آینده متابولیسم شهری (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 22 کلان‌شهر تهران)

اهمیت مسائل محیط زیست شهری، هیچ گاه به انداز ه امروز نمایان نبوده است. زیرا امروزه شهرها به عنوان مهم ترین دستاورد تلاش های تکنولوژیکی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی انسان محسوب می شوند،که به تناسب رشد سریع جمعیت شهری و شهرنشینی، مصرف منابع و انتشار آلودگی های زیست محیطی هم در شهر ها افزایش پیدا کرده است. این مقاله کوشیده است با روش تحلیل ساختاری، پیشران های موثر بر وضعیت آینده متابولیسم شهری منطقه 22 کلانشهر تهران را بازشناسی و خوشه بندی کند. داده های نظری با روش اسنادی و داده های تجربی با روش پیمایشی بر پایه تکنیک دلفی تهیه شده است. جامعه آماری20 نفر از خبرگان شهری بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند و پیشران های توسعه، 36 نیروی پیشران در 5 بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، نهادی-مدیریتی، کالبدی و زیست محیطی است که با روش تحلیل اثرات متقابل ساختاری در نرم افزار micmac پردازش شده است. یافته ها از نظر تحلیل کلی محیط سیسم نشان داد که 645 رابطه عدد 3 دارد و این به معنای آن است که روابط پیشران های کلیدی بسیار زیاد بوده و از تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری زیادی برخوردارند. همچنین نتایج دیگر پژوهش از تحلیل اثرات متقابل، بیانگر پراکندگی نیروهای پیشران در وضعیتی پیچیده و بینابین از اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری است؛ نظام خوشه بندی پیشران ها حاکی از تمرکز پیشران های دوگانه است. از مجموع 36 نیروی پیش-برنده توسعه، 8 پیشران کلیدی شامل زیرساخت های شهری، ساختار شهری، رشد جمعیت، توسعه مسکن، پذیرش فناوری های پایدار، حفاظت از محیط زیست، ایمنی و بهداشت و توسعه امکانات فرهنگی و تفریحی شناسایی شده است.

a reading on the drivers affecting the future state of urban metabolism(case study: district 22 of tehran metropolis)

the importance of urban environmental issues has never been more visible than today. because today, cities are consideredas the most important achievement of technological, economic, cultural and social efforts of man, which has increased inproportion to the rapid growth of urban population and urbanization, consumption of resources and the spread ofenvironmental pollution in cities. this article has tried to identify and cluster the drivers affecting the future state of urbanmetabolism in the 22nd district of tehran metropolis with the method of structural analysis. theoretical data was preparedby document method and experimental data by survey method based on delphi technique. the statistical population is 20urban experts based on targeted sampling and development drivers, 36 driving forces in 5 economic, social, institutionalmanagement,physical and environmental dimensions, which have been processed by structural interaction analysis methodin micmac software. the findings, in terms of the overall analysis of the system environment, showed that 645relationships have the number 3, and this means that the relationships of the key drivers are very large and have greatinfluence. also, other results of the research from the analysis of mutual effects indicate the dispersion of driving forces ina complex and intermediate situation of effectiveness and effectiveness: the clustering system of thrusters indicates theconcentration of dual thrusters. out of a total of 36 driving forces of development, 8 key drivers including urbaninfrastructure, urban structure, population growth, housing development, adoption of sustainable technologies,environmental protection, health and safety, and development of cultural and recreational facilities have been identified.
