تبیین ساختار کالبدی-فضایی محلات شهری بر الگو های رفتاری عابران پیاده (محله باغ فیض – منطقه 5 شهرداری تهران)

شکل دهی به محیط های شهری برای تامین نیازهای گروه های مختلف و افزایش امنیت آنها ضروری است. مثلاً، محله باغ فیض با مشکلاتی از جمله پیاده روهای باریک و کمبود فضای سبز و امنیت روبه رو است. این مشکلات باعث احساس ناامنی می شود و ممکن است پتانسیل جرم زایی را افزایش دهد..بر مبانی مسائل و مشکلات موجود در این زمینه و با توجه به مطالعات انجام شده ،در این پژوهش به تبیین اثرات ساختار کالبدی-فضایی بر الگوهای رفتاری عاربران پیاده در محله باغ فیض پرداخته شده است تا بتوان در انتها، به راهکار ها و اصول برنامه ریزی شهری در جهت ارتقا و اصلاح الگوهای رفتاری محله باغ فیض رسید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است و روش انجام پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی با استفاده از ابزار کتابخانه ای، مطالعات اسنادی و میدانی به تشریح مبانی نظری به تفکیک کلید واژه ها مرتبط پرداخته و از طریق تحلیل و بررسی مبانی و بیان تجربیات مرتبط به انتخاب چارچوب نظری دست می یابد. هدف این پژوهش تبیین اثرات ساختار کالبدی -فضایی محله باغ فیض شهر تهران بر الگو های رفتاری عابران پیاده بپردازد. برای دستیابی به این هدف پز از مرور مفاهیم پایه و نظریات مرتبط با موضوع و پیشینه ان و تدوین مدل تحلیلی پژوهش، با بررسی نمونه موردی در محله باغ فیض در شهر تهران و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و همین طور با روش ناظر تعلیم یافته ، سوال پژوهش به ازمون گذاشته شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان دهنده این است که عوامل کالبدی بر الگو های رفتاری شهروندان تاثیر گذار می باشد و با توجه به ماهیت پزوهش پیشنهاداتی برای مطلوبین عوامل کالبدی و تغییر برخی از الگوهای رفتاری شهروندان ارائه گردیده است.

shaping urban environments is necessary to meet the needs of different groups and enhance their security. for instance، the bagh faiz neighborhood faces challenges such as narrow sidewalks، lack of green space، and security issues. these issues instill a sense of insecurity and may potentially contribute to crime. this research aims to elucidate the impact of the physical-spatial structure on pedestrian behavior patterns within the neighborhood، considering the identified issues and challenges. by examining bagh faiz as a case study، the study endeavors to derive urban planning solutions and principles to ameliorate the neighborhood's behavior patterns. the current research adopts an applied approach، utilizing a descriptive-analytical method involving library resources، documentary evidence، and field studies to expound on the theoretical underpinnings. by delineating pertinent keywords and scrutinizing foundational aspects while drawing upon relevant experiences، the research establishes a theoretical framework.the primary objective is to delineate the influence of the physical-spatial structure of bagh faiz neighborhood in tehran on pedestrian behavior patterns. to achieve this objective، it is imperative to review foundational concepts and theories، along with their historical background، and formulate an analytical research model. this involves examining a case study within bagh faiz neighborhood in tehran، employing spss software، and utilizing the trained observer method to test the research hypothesis.the research findings indicate that physical factors significantly influence citizens' behavioral patterns. accordingly، recommendations are provided to optimize physical factors and modify certain behavioral patterns within the community.
