تاثیر مولفه‌های کالبدی بر روح مکان و نقش آن در شکل‌گیری روحیه شهروشهروندان با تاکید بر روانشناسی محیطی؛ مطالعه موردی: محلات شهر رشت

آشفتگی و نابسامانی فضاهای ،شهری به صورت خودآگاه و ناخودآگاه تاثیر نامطلوبی را بر حوزه شکل گیری روحیه شهر و شهروندان بر جای میگذارد. امروزه ،مدیران متخصصان و شهروندان همگی بر این موضوع که فضاهای شهری نیازمند بهسازی و طراحی بر حسب روح مکان هستند اتفاق نظر دارند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تاثیر مولفههای کالبدی بر روح مکان و نقش آن در شکل گیری روحیه شهر و شهروندان با تاکید بر روانشناسی محیطی در محلات شهر رشت است. روش استفاده شده در پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی تحلیلی و از نوع پیمایشی است که با پرسشنامه داده ها جمع آوری شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل شهروندان شهر رشت بود و نمونه آماری از ساکنان محلات شهر رشت انتخاب شد. روش نمونه گیری پژوهش حاضر نمونه گیری تصادفی بود برای ارزیابی روایی پرسشنامه از واریانس استخراج شده (ave) استفاده شد و پایایی آن با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی شد برای تحلیل اطلاعات از روشهای تحلیل عاملی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان دادند که مولفه های کالبدی تاثیر مثبتی بر روح مکان با ضریب (0/876 و روحیه شهروندان با ضریب (0/305 دارند و همچنین روح مکان تاثیر مثبتی بر روحیه شهروندان با ضریب (0426 دارد نتایج این پژوهش با پژوهشهای گذشته که نقش عوامل کالبدی در ایجاد روح مکان در محلات شهری را تایید می کنند سازگاری .داشت با افزایش تفکیک عوامل ایجاد کننده روحیه شهر و شهروندان در محلات شهر ،رشت میزان نقش هر یک از این عوامل به صورت جداگانه تعیین شد تا بتوان اقدامات لازم برای افزایش روحیه شهروندان در محیط شهری را مدیریت و اولویت بندی کرد

the effect of physical components on the soul of a place and its role in the formation of the spirit of the city and citizens with an emphasis on environmental psychology. case study: neighborhoods of rasht city

the disorder and disarray of urban spaces, both consciously and unconsciously, have an adverse impact on theformation of the city's and citizens' mood. today, managers, specialists, and citizens all agree that urban spacesneed to be improved and designed according to the spirit of place. the main objective of this research is toinvestigate the impact of physical components on the spirit of place and its role in shaping the mood of the cityand citizens, with an emphasis on environmental psychology in the neighborhoods of rasht city. the researchmethod used is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature, and it is a survey type, with datacollected through questionnaires. the statistical population of this research includes the citizens of rasht city, andthe sample was selected from the residents of rasht neighborhoods. the sampling method used in this researchwas random sampling. to assess the validity of the questionnaire, the average variance extracted (ave) wasused, and its reliability was evaluated using cronbach's alpha test. for data analysis, factor analysis and pearsoncorrelation coefficient methods were used. the findings showed that physical components have a positive impacton the spirit of place (with a coefficient of 0.876) and the mood of citizens (with a coefficient of 0.305), and alsothe spirit of place has a positive impact on the mood of citizens (with a coefficient of 0.426). the results of thisresearch were consistent with previous studies that confirm the role of physical factors in creating the spirit ofplace in urban neighborhoods. by increasing the differentiation of factors that create the mood of the city andcitizens in the neighborhoods of rasht, the role of each of these factors was determined separately to manage andprioritize the necessary actions to enhance the mood of citizens in the urban environment.
