سیر حرکت اندیشه‌های فلسفی در رباعیات خیام

وظیفۀ فلسفه اساساً طرح پرسش‌های کلان است. پرسش‌های کلانِ فلسفی گاه به پاسخ می‌انجامند و گاهی نیز در سطح پرسش‌هایی بدون پاسخ باقی مانده و می‌مانند. خیّام که هنرمندی اندیشمند است، دغدغه‌ها و پرسش‌های کلانِ فلسفی خود را در قالب رباعی جاودانه کرده است. این رباعی‌ها گذشته‌از طرح تاملات، دغدغه‌ها و پرسش‌های فلسفی، گاه با پاسخ‌هایی نیز همراه است. برخی از این اندیشه‌های فلسفی را باید اندیشه‌هایی مرکزی دانست که دیگر تاملات بر حول محور این پرسش‌ها شکل گرفته‌اند یا می‌توانند اندیشه‌های فرعی تلقی شوند. نگارنده بر‌آن است که خلاصه و افشرۀ رویکردهای مرکزی و اُسُّ و اساسِ تاملات فلسفی خیام و به‌عبارتی‌دیگر «کلان‌اندیشه‌ها»ی فلسفی خیام را می‌توان در سه رباعی وی یافت که سیر حرکت تاملات فلسفی وی را به‌خوبی بازمی‌نمایاند.

“The course of philosophical thought in Khayyam's quatrains”

The author argues that a summary of Khayyam's philosophical reflections can be found in his three quatrains that illustrate his philosophical reflections. If one wants to find a rational course for Khayyam's philosophical thought,, his course of thought can be as follows: 1. The question of Why is there life and death? 3. Living in the Moment as an answer to the question of how one can achieve happiness in this short and inevitable life. 4. Be happy in response to how you can live in the moment. These three quatrains are: 1. “When God combined the four elements and created man,/ Why is he ruining it again?/ If this house is not built well, who would have gone wrong ?! / If this house is well built, Why should it break down?” 2. “Those who have been at the peak of knowledge and civility/ Who enlightened their disciples by scientific discoveries/ Have never emerged frome the night doubt / Thet told a tale and fell asleep” 3.”Think not of the day already past/ Fear not the day to come / Build your life neither on the past nor the future/ Be happy now and don’t toss your life to the wind”.
