نقش مشارکت در بازآفرینی شهری محله‌ جوادیه‌ بجنورد

بازآفرینی شهری به عنوان رویکردی نو در مواجهه با بافت های شهری، به دنبال ایجاد محیطی پایدار با مشارکت ساکنین و بافت های شهری است. به دلیل تنوع کنشگران و بهره وران در بازآفرینی شهری، نوع مشارکت و دستاوردهای قابل انتظار آن، متفاوت از سایر طرح های شهری خواهد بود. از این رو، در این پژوهش فرآیند بازآفرینی شهری در محله‌ جوادیه‌ بجنورد که با رویکرد مشارکتی تهیه شده است به لحاظ الگوی مشارکت و نقش شهروندان در فرآیند تهیه‌ طرح و همچنین عوامل موثر بر تمایل شهروندان به مشارکت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق تحلیلی و از نوع کمی بوده و عوامل موثر در تمایل شهروندان به گونه های مختلف مشارکت در طرح بازآفرینی شهری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. در راستای تحقق اهداف پژوهش از روش مطالعه اسنادی و کتابخانه ای و تکمیل پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز بهره گرفته شده است.  در فرآیند بازآفرینی در محله‌ جوادیه، مطابق با چهارچوب بازآفرینی در کشور، نقش شهروندان بسیار کمرنگ و طرح نهایی مطابق الگوی از بالا به پایین و برگرفته از تصمیمات کارشناسان طرح و همسو با نظرات مدیران شهری بوده است. نتایج حاصل از پرسشنامه ها نشان می دهد افزایش ارتباطات میان شهروندان و همچنین مسئولین و برنامه ریزان شهری و همچنین افزایش آگاهی شهروندان در خصوص طرح و اعتمادسازی در خصوص نقش و تاثیر نظرات شهروندان در طرح نهایی، منجر به افزایش تمایل شهروندان به ایفای نقش فعال در فرآیند بازآفرینی شهری می شود.

the role of participation in the urban regeneration of the javadiyeh neighborhood in bojnord

urban regeneration, as an innovative approach to addressing urban fabric, aims to create a sustainable environment through the participation of residents and urban stakeholders. due to the diversity of actors and beneficiaries involved in urban regeneration, the nature of participation and the expected outcomes differ from other urban projects. therefore, this research examines the urban regeneration process in the joadiye neighborhood of bojnurd, which has been developed with a participatory approach, focusing on the patterns of participation and the role of citizens in the planning process, as well as the factors influencing citizens' willingness to participate.the research employs an analytical and quantitative methodology, investigating the factors that affect citizens' willingness to engage in various forms of participation in the urban regeneration plan. to achieve the research objectives, a combination of documentary and library studies, along with a questionnaire, was utilized to gather the necessary information. in the urban regeneration process within the joadiye neighborhood, according to the national regeneration framework, the role of citizens has been notably minimal. the final plan has followed a top-down model, primarily shaped by expert decisions and aligned with the opinions of urban managers. the results from the questionnaires indicate that enhancing communication between citizens and urban authorities, as well as increasing citizens' awareness regarding the plan and building trust in the significance of their input in the final proposal, leads to a greater willingness among citizens to take an active role in the urban regeneration process.
