رونق کسب و کارهای خرد گردشگری به عنوان یک فرصت اقتصادی برای مناطق روستایی(مورد مطالعه: دهستان سررود شمالی شهرستان بویراحمد)

کسب و کارهای خرد در حوزه گردشگری به عنوان یک عامل مهم برای نوآوری در نظر گرفته می شود که با ترکیب منابع موجود به روش های جدید برای توسعه و اقتصاد مناطق روستایی کمک می کند. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف رونق کسب و کارهای خرد گردشگری به عنوان یک فرصت اقتصادی برای مناطق روستایی دهستان سررود شمالی شهرستان بویراحمد انجام شده است. روش تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و کیفی –کمی است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش گراندد تئوری و نرم افزار (spss)، استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری در پژوهش حاضر شامل دو بخش است: بخش اول: متخصصان و نخبگان در حوزه گردشگری و برنامه ریزی روستایی هستند، از این رو، بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند، تعداد (30) نفر به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شد. بخش دوم نیز، شامل مدیران و خبرگان روستایی(اعضای شورا و دهیاران روستا) هستند که بر اساس نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 57 نفر تعیین شدند. از نتایج مصاحبه ها از روش گراندد تئوری، مقولات (اعتبارات بانکی و پشتوانه مالی، اطلاع رسانی و آموزش به کارآفرینان در زمینه کسب و کارها، سیاسی و قانونی، بازاریابی، توجه به رویکرد پایداری در خلق کسب و کارهای گردشگری و تعامل بین سازمان ها و کارآفرینان گردشگری به عنوان عوامل موثر در رونق کسب و کارهای خرد گردشگری در روستاها) استخراج شد. سپس بر اساس آزمون همبستگی پیرسون بین دو متغیر (رونق کسب و کارهای خرد) و فرصت اقتصادی در مناطق روستایی در سطح معناداری 0.001، ارتباط معنادار و مثبتی وجود دارد. همچنین مطابق نتایج تحلیل مسیر، نشان داد (رویکرد پایداری در خلق کسب و کارهای گردشگری با مقدار 0.178 بیشترین و عوامل سیاسی قانونی و بازاریابی با مقدار 0.151کمترین) میزان اثر کلی را شامل شدند.

the development of small tourism businesses as an economic opportunity for rural areas (case of study: northern sarroud rural district, boyer ahmad county)

small businesses in the field of tourism are considered as an important factor for innovation, whichhelps by combining existing resources in new ways for the development and economy of rural areas.therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of the development of small tourismbusinesses as an economic opportunity for rural areas of north sarroud rural district, boyar ahmadcounty. the research method is applied and qualitative-quantitative. in order to analyze the data,grounded theory and software (spss) was used. the statistical population in the current researchconsists of two parts: the first part: experts and elites in the field of tourism and rural planning,therefore, based on targeted sampling, 30 people were selected as the sample population. the secondpart includes managers and village experts (members of the council and village manager) who weredetermined based on the available sampling of 57 people. from the results of the interviews, fromthe grounded theory method, categories (bank credits and financial support, informing and trainingentrepreneurs in the field of business, political and legal, marketing, paying attention to thesustainability approach in creating tourism businesses and interaction between organizations andtourism entrepreneurs as effective factors in the prosperity of small tourism businesses in villages)were extracted. then, based on the pearson correlation test, there is a significant and positiverelationship between two variables (small business boom) and economic opportunity in rural areasat a significance level of 0.001. also, according to the results of path analysis, it showed that(sustainability approach in creating tourism businesses with the highest value of 0.178 and political,legal and marketing factors with the lowest value of 0.151) included the overall effect.
