مجموعه عوامل تاثیرگذار بر توسعه اقتصادی و کسب درآمدهای پایدار با رویکرد گردشگری (مورد مطالعه: شهر شاندیز)

امروزه صنعت گردشگری به عنوان یک تجارت پرسود و یک شاخه از اقتصاد جهانی در زمینه خدمات مورد توجه و در حال توسعه می باشد، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مجموعه عوامل تاثیرگذار بر توسعه اقتصادی و کسب درآمدهای پایدار با رویکرد گردشگری در شهر شاندیز انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر نوع اکتشافی، توصیفی و تحلیلی، از دید هدف کاربردی، از منظر روش کیفی و کمی است و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از تئوری زمینه ای و آزمون همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل متخصصان در حوزه مطالعاتی (گردشگری، برنامه ریزی شهری)، می باشند که بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند، 30 نفر تعیین گردید. نتایج تئوری زمینه ای نشان داد، مقولاتی از جمله: (نقش آفرینی شهرداری در توسعه پایدار گردشگری شاندیز، بالا بردن امکانات کیفی، وجود بسترهای درآمدزایی از قابلیت های گردشگری شهر شاندیز، تقویت مدیریت نامتمرکز شهری، تدوین طرح های مختص گردشگری شاندیز با هم اندیشی تیم متخصص و کارشناسان، اتخاذ راهبردهای گردشگری پایدار بر اساس اهداف تعریف شده)، از دل واحد های معنایی استخراج شد و به عنوان مجموعه عوامل تاثیرگذار توسعه اقتصادی و کسب درآمدهای پایدار با رویکرد گردشگری در شهر شاندیز تعیین شدند. در ادامه نیز نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد؛ بین مقوله های مطرح شده و واحد‎های معنایی مطرح شده با ضرایب همبستگی و سطح معناداری کوچکتر از 0.05، ارتباط معنادار و مثبتی مشاهده شد، بر این اساس مقولات و واحد های معنایی از تعمیم پذیری مفهومی برخوردار هستند. 

the set of factors affecting economic development and earning sustainable income withtourism approach (study case: shandiz city)

today, the tourism industry as a profitable business and a branch of the global economy in the fieldof services is being considered and is developing, therefore, the current research has been conductedwith the aim of identifying the set of factors influencing economic development and earningsustainable income with a tourism approach in the city of shandiz. this research is exploratory,descriptive and analytical, from the point of view of the applied goal, from the perspective ofqualitative and quantitative methods, and grounded theory and correlation test were used to analyzethe data. the statistical population of the present study includes specialists in the field of study(tourism, urban planning) and 30 people were determined based on targeted sampling. the resultsof grounded theory showed categories such as: (the role of the municipality in the sustainabledevelopment of shandiz tourism, raising quality facilities, the existence of revenue generatingplatforms from the tourism capabilities of shandiz city, strengthening decentralized urbanmanagement, developing specific plans for shandiz tourism with the cooperation of the expert teamand experts, adopting sustainable tourism strategies based on the defined goals), it was extractedfrom semantic units, and they were determined as a set of influential factors of economicdevelopment and earning sustainable incomes with a tourism approach in shandiz city. in thefollowing, the results of the correlation test showed; a significant and positive relationship wasobserved between the proposed categories and semantic units with correlation coefficients and asignificance level smaller than 0.05, based on this, the categories and semantic units have conceptualgeneralizability.
