آشکارسازی اثرات مخاطره اقلیمی یخبندان بر تصادفات برون شهری در استان همدان

امروزه حوادث جاده ای یکی از مهمترین معضلات جهان و عامل مرگ زودرس افراد جامعه است . دربروز حوادث جاده ای عوامل متعددی نقش دارند. بررسی های صورت گرفته بیانگر نقش پررنگ وسهم قابل توجه عوامل اقلیمی بویژه یخبندان و لغزندگی معابر در رخداد حوادث ناگوار جاده ای می باشد، در بین مناطق ایران منطقه غرب  در زمینه واژگونی و لغزندگی خودروآمار بالایی ازخود نشان می دهد علت این امر می تواند ویژگی های اقلیمی و تعداد روزهای توام با یخبندان در این منطقه باشد. از این رو با توجه به اهمیت آن، در این مطالعه، باهدف شناخت رابطه بین مخاطره یخبندان و احتمال رخداد تصادفات جاده ای برون شهری به بررسی اطلاعات اقلیمی در طی یک دوره آماری 10ساله و ضریب اهمیت وضعیت یخبندان و تعداد روزهای آن با توجه به فراوانی احتمال رخداد تصادفات برون شهری در شهرستانهای منطقه همدان واقع در غرب ایران  پرداخته و در این راستا از دو مدل همبستگی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی استفاده گردیده است. نتایج این تحقیق ضمن ارائه پهنه بندی تاریخ آغاز و خاتمه یخبندان و طول دوره آن در شش ماه سرد سال نشان داد همبستگی معناداری بین تعداد تصادفات برون شهری وتعداد روزهای یخبندان در جاده های کوهستانی استان وجود دارد بطوریکه شهرستان اسدآباد( با طول دوره یخبندان زیاد)  دارای بیشترین مقدار همبستگی(67/0) است. و مناطقی که طول دوره یخبندان کمتری دارند کمترین مقدار همبستگی را دارند.  نتایج شبکه عصبی برونداد بهتری از تخمین و پیش بینی متغیرهای بکار گرفته را نشان داد به طوری که ضریب تعیین مدل تا (508/0)  موارد رابه درستی پیش بینی نموده است. نتایج تحقیق در برنامه ریزی های محیطی و حمل و نقل میتواند مفید باشد. 

revealing the effects of climatic risk of frost on suburban accidents in hamadan province

today, road accidents are one of the most important problems in the world and the cause of premature death of people in society. many factors play a role in road accidents. the conducted studies show the strong and significant role of climatic factors, especially frost and slippery roads, in the occurrence of road accidents, among the regions of iran, the western region shows a high number of vehicle overturning and sliding statistics, the reason for this can be the characteristics of climate and the number of days with frost in this region. therefore, according to its importance, in this study, with the aim of knowing the relationship between the risk of frost and the possibility of road accidents in urban areas, the climatic information during a 10-year statistical period and the coefficient of the importance of the condition of frost and its number of days according to the frequency the probability of the occurrence of extra-urban accidents in the cities of hamadan region located in the west of iran was studied and in this regard two correlation models and artificial neural network were used. the results of this research, while presenting the zoning of the beginning and end of frost and its duration in the six cold months of the year, showed that there is a significant correlation between the number of accidents outside the city and the number of frosty days on the mountain roads of the province, such that asadabad city (with a long frost period) it has the highest correlation value (0.67). and the regions with less ice age have the lowest correlation value. the results of the neural network showed a better output of estimating and predicting the used variables, so that the coefficient of determination of the model has correctly predicted up to (0.508). research results in environmental and transportation planning can be useful.
