مکان‌یابی و بررسی نقش عملکردی توقفگاهها و پارکینگ‌های چندمنظوره پارکسوار در شهر شیراز

بررسی وضعیت ترافیکی شهر شیراز و در کنار آن بررسی وضعیت توقفگاه‌ها و پارک‌سوارهای موجود در سطح این شهر جهت پاسخگویی به نیازهای موجود و آتی آن، ‌یکی از مسائل بسیار مهمی است که مشکل‌آفرین بوده و مسئولان شهری با آن درگیر هستند و با هدف رفع مشکلات موجود و پاسخ به نیازهای آتی، لزوم انجام مطالعات کارشناسی بر روی این مسئله آشکار می‌گردد. بنابراین در این مقاله به مکان‌یابی و بررسی نقش عملکردی توقفگاه‌ها و پارکینگ‌های چندمنظورۀ پارک‌سوار در شهر شیراز پرداخته‌ شده است. جهت نیل به این هدف ابتدا مطالعات اولیه‌ای بر روی مبانی نظری مسئله صورت گرفته و سپس اقدام به شناسایی شاخص‌های تاثیرگذار شده است. با انجام مدل‌سازی و طراحی و ایجاد بانک اطلاعاتی لازمه در محیط سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (gis)، اقدام به ورود لایه‌های اطلاعاتی شهر شیراز گردیده و با اعمال ضرایب تاثیرگذاری هر یک از این شاخص‌ها که با استفاده از تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره (mcdm) انجام‌گرفته است اقدام به شناسایی نقاط مستعد جهت احداث و ایجاد توقفگاه و پارک‌سوارهای چندمنظوره شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان‌دهنده آن است که لکه‌های مستعد و مناسب برای احداث پارک‌سوارها مکان‌های مرکزی، شمالی و شمال شرق شهر شیراز می‌باشند و بر اساس مطالعات میدانی 54 نقطه مستعد در خارج از محدوده ترافیک شهر و 39 نقطه در داخل و درمجموع 93 نقطه مستعد انتخاب و اولویت‌بندی شده است.

Locating and Investigating the Functional Role of Park and Ride Stops and Multi-Purpose Parking Lots in Shiraz

An important issue creating mush problems throughout the city of Shiraz, which is also an issue that officials of the city are struggling to overcome, is the study of the traffic status of Shiraz, and also the study of multipurpose stops and park and rides available throughout the city in order to fulfil the present and future needs of Shiraz. This shows the necessity for studies to be conducted on the matter. Hence, the present article aims at locating and investigating the functional role of multipurpose stops and park and rides in Shiraz. To achieve this goal, preliminary studies were conducted on the theoretical foundations of the problem, and it was then attempted to identify the influential indicators. Modeling, designing, and creating the necessary database in GIS were applied to enter Shiraz city data layers and attempted to identify potential areas for building multifunctional parking lots and stops by applying coefficients influencing each of these indices using multicriteria decisionmaking methods (MCDM). The results indicate that the appropriate spots for establishing Park Ride locations are Central, North and North East of Shiraz, and based on field studies, 54 potential points outside of the city traffic limit and 39 points inside and in total 93 potential points were selected and prioritized.
