مطالعه تاثیرات اجتماعی- فرهنگی پروژه‌های شهری(موردمطالعه: بزرگراه سعیدآباد)

در چند دهه گذشته توسعه پایدار شهری به یکی از رویکردهای نظری مهم و تاثیرگذار در سیاست‌گذاری‌های شهری تبدیل شده است. توسعه پایدار به معنای تامین نیازهای نسل کنونی بدون آسیب زدن به نیازهای نسل آینده است. بنابراین با این رویکرد هرگونه مداخله شهری و احداث پروژه‌های شهری باید محتاطانه و مبتنی بر این نگاه باشد. انجام مطالعات مربوط به اتاف بی‌شک گامی اساسی در جهت نیل به این اهداف مهم می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر به مطالعه ارزیابی تاثیرات و پیامدهای اجتماعیفرهنگی (اتاف) بزرگراه سعیدآباد در منطقه 18 شهرداری تهران می‌پردازد. از ترکیبی از روش‌های کمی (پیمایش) و کیفی (مصاحبه و مشاهده) در پژوهش استفاده شده است. داده‌های تحقیق از طریق افراد و ساکنان محدوده بزرگراه که به طور احتمالی تحت تاثیر احداث پروژه سعید آباد هستند گردآوری شده است. رویکرد نظری تحقیق، نظریه لفور در خصوص ابعاد اجتماعی فضاهای شهری می‌باشد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که پروژه شهری سعید آباد مانند هر پروژه دیگری دارای پیامدها و اثرات مثبت مانند: تسهیل در حمل ونقل عمومی، ماندگاری در محل و پیامدهای منفی مانند: عدم رضایت معارضین طرح، فشار روانی بر ساکنان، ایجادپاتوق برای فروشندگان مواد، تخریب فضای سبز و باغات و افزایش آلودگی زیست محیطی می‌باشد.

The Study of Socio-Cultural Effects of Urban Projects (Case study: Saeed Abad Highway)

Over the past few decades, sustainable urban development has become one of the most important and influential theoretical approaches in urban policy. Sustainable development means to supply the needs of the current generation without harming the needs of the next generation. Therefore, with this approach, any urban intervention and construction of urban projects should be prudent and based on this view. Undoubtedly, conducting studies on& ATAF& is an essential step towards achieving these important goals. The present study evaluates the effects and sociocultural consequences (ATAF) of Saeed Abad Highway in district quantitative and qualitative methods (interview and observation) has been used in the study. Research data have been collected through individuals and residents of the highway area who are likely to be affected by the Saeed Abad project. The theoretical approach of the research is Lefebvre’s theory of the social dimensions of urban spaces. The research findings show that Saeed Abad urban project, like any other projects, has positive consequences and effects such as facilitating public transportation, and negative consequences such as dissatisfaction of project opponents, psychological pressure on residents, creating hangouts for drug dealers, destruction of green space and gardens and increase of environmental pollution.
