بازشناسی و تحلیل شکل‌گیری فرم کالبدی محلات زرگنده و دروس

تحلیل ساختار فضای شهری در گذر از دوره‌های زمانی مختلف و تحلیل ویژگی‌های بافت منجر به شناخت شکل‌گیری رفتار و الگوهای رفتاری در ساختار کالبدی می‌شود و این مسئله شرایطی را ایجاد می‌کند که برنامه ریزی برای بروز و ظهور الگوهای رفتاری متنوع بر پایه تحلیل فضایی فراهم گردد. چیدمان فضایی یکی از روش‌هایی است که در درک فضا و فرم کالبدی کاربرد دارد و به سبب تحلیل فضا و تاثیرگذاری فضا بر رفتار انسان در فضای شهری دارای اهمیت و جایگاه بالایی می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفیتحلیلی و تطبیقی است و ابتدا با انجام مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای (بررسی کتب، مقالات علمی و اسناد) به تبیین چارچوب نظری پرداخته شده است و سپس فرم کالبدی با نرم افزار depthmap (که بر اساس مبانی تکنیک چیدمان فضا طراحی شده) تحلیل گردیده. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی، مقایسه و تحلیل شکل‌گیری ساختار فضایی کالبدی متفاوت این دو محله در دوره‌های زمانی مختلف و تاثیر آن بر الگوهای رفتاری است. از نتایج پژوهش حاضر آن است که ساختار شطرنجی و منظم (محله دروس) امکان دسترسی بیشتری به کاربری‌ها می‌دهد اما باعث پراکندگی کاربری‌ها و الگوهای رفتاری می‌شود. در بافت شطرنجی محلات دارای کاربری‌های متنوع هستند اما در بافت ارگانیک (محله زرگنده) نظام کالبدی انسجام بیشتری در این شکل‌گیری کاربری‌ها به وجود می‌آورد و این مسئله زمینه ساز شکل‌گیری الگوهای رفتاری متنوع و متعدد می‌گردد.

Recognition and Analysis of the Formation of the Physical Form of the Zargandeh & Daroos Nighborhoods

Analyzing the structure of urban space over time and analyzing the characteristics of texture lead to understanding the formation of behavior and behavioral patterns in the physical structure, and this creates the conditions for planning for the emergence of various behavioral patterns based on “provide spatial analysis”. Spatial arrangement is one of the methods used in understanding space and physical form and due to space analysis and the effect of space on human behavior in urban space is of great importance and position. The present study is descriptiveanalytical and comparative. First, by conducting library studies (reviewing books, scientific articles and documents), the theoretical framework is explained and then the physical form with Depthmap software (which is based on the techniques of space layout design technique). The purpose of the present study is to investigate, compare and analyze the formation of different spatialphysical structure of these two neighborhoods in different time periods and its effect on behavioral patterns. One of the results of the present study is that the checkered and regular structure (neighborhood of lessons) allows more access to uses, but it causes the scattering of uses and behavioral patterns. In the checkered texture of the neighborhoods, they have various uses, but in the organic texture (Zargandeh neighborhood), the physical system creates more coherence in this formation of uses, and this causes the formation of various and numerous behavioral patterns.
