حمایت از آزادی دین: در پرتو تامین زیست صادقانه و نفی از خودبیگانگی

دو رویکرد اصلی و متداول در ارتباط با حمایت از آزادی دین در قوانین و به تبع آن آزادی دین در نظریه سیاسی ارائه شده‌ است. (1) رویکرد امکان بدیل که استدلال می‌کند، آزادی دین را می‌توان با مفاهیم بدیل به‌طور قابل قبولی تبیین و جایگزین نموده و آزادی دین را ذیل عنوان عمومی‌تر آزادی وجدان حمایت می‌نمایند. (2) رویکرد امتناع بدیل که استدلال می‌کند، مفهوم دین باید به‌نحو صریح و متمایز در قوانین و مقررات موضوعه به‌معنای خاص حمایت شود. البته این رویکرد ضمن پذیرش دلالت واژگان دین بر طیف وسیعی از مفاهیم مشابه؛ دین را قابل جایگزینی با مفاهیم بدیل مشابه نمی‌داند. در این نوشتار پس از تبیین مدعا و نتایج هر دو رویکرد و استدلال بر عدم کارآمدی و عدم کفایت آن‌ها در نظریه و کاربرد، رویکردی ارائه می‌گردد که می‌تواند در مواجهه با انتقادات موجود، وضعیت نظری استوارتر و کارآمدی عملی مطلوب‌تری را ارائه دهد. رویکردی که با نام رویکرد تلفیقی شناخته شده و این نوشتار با استفاده از مفهوم «صدق مخبری» و رویکرد «بهره‌مندی از ابزار مقتضی» سعی در بهبود و توسعه آن دارد.

supporting religious freedom: in the light of honest living and the denial of self-alienation

abstract:two main and common approaches are presented in relation to the protection of freedom of religion in laws and, consequently, freedom of religion in political theory. (1) the alternative possibility approach which argues that freedom of religion can be explained and replaced with alternative concepts acceptably and protects freedom of religion under the more general title of freedom of conscience. (2) alternative impossibility approach which argues that the concept of religion should be explicitly and distinctly protected in specific laws and regulations. of course, this approach, while accepting the idea the word religion refers to a wide range of similar concepts does not consider religion to be replaceable with similar alternative concepts. in this paper, after delineating the claims and results of both approaches and arguing that they are inefficient and inadequate in theory and practice, an approach is presented that can provide a stronger theoretical foundation and more efficacious in practice in the face of existing criticisms.this approach is known as the hybrid approach and in this article, relying on the concept of &honesty of reporter& and the approach of &utilizing the required tools& we shall try to improve and develop it.
