چکیده
|
In this study, the preparation and morphology of the coating surface of several layers of copper-nickel-zinc chromate on a layer of low carbon steel was performed. initially, the cleaning was done mechanically using sandpaper on the substrate. then solution cleaning was performed on the substrate and then the parts were plated in the desired baths. wear test was performed by pin on disk device, coating characterization, energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy and surface morphology were performed by scanning electron microscopy. the results of energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy indicate that the preparation of a multi-layer coating of copper-nickel-zinc-chromate is possible through electroplating. also, by multi-layering the coating, some properties are improved.

Abstract
|

Wear test was performed by pin on disk device, coating characterization, Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy and surface morphology were performed by scanning electron microscopy. The results of energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy indicate that the preparation of a multi-layer coating of copper-nickel-zinc-chromate is possible through electroplating. Also, by multi-layering the coating, some properties are improved.
