|
In this study, using safe and inexpensive materials, we have tried to fabricate an additive with special properties for use in surface coatings to improve and enhance their properties. boron compound was loaded in a hydroxide inorganic nanoparticle framework to improve the properties of epoxy resin, especially the thermal stability of the resin. the nanostructure of the framework containing boron compounds is precisely by fourier transform infrared, scanning electron microscopy and diffraction spectrum (xrd) was determined and the results indicate successful synthesis. a certain weight percentage of the nanostructure of the boron compound was added to the ep network and the thermal properties of the resin were investigated. the results showed that by adding the desired synthesized compound as an additive to the epoxy resin matrix, we see an improvement in specific thermal properties. thermal analysis confirms the increase in thermal stability of epoxy resin when the nanostructure of the framework containing boron as an additive has been used in a certain amount.

Abstract
|
