چکیده    A palette (cmyk) of ecofriendly polyfunctional pigments combining: (a) high nir reflectance (cool pigments) that allow to moderate the temperature of indoor environments and the urban heat island effect (uhi), (b) photocatalytic activity for degradation of organic pollutants of contaminants of emerging concern (cecs), under substrates in solution (orange ii or methylene blue) and gaseous (nox and vocs such as acetaldehyde or toluene), (c) with biocidal (bactericidal/virucidal) activity and (d) x-ray radiation attenuators associated with bi ions and codoped with bactericidal agents, will be described. the four functionalities allow the building envelope and indoor walls effects of moderation of temperature (with additional effects of moderation of global warming and increased air conditioning efficiency), purification and disinfection of both indoor and outdoor air and radiation attenuation. solid solutions will be prepared by solid state chemistry route (ce) without and with addition of mineralizers as well as nanostructured inks and fired pigments by the mod method (metal organic decomposition), which allows to prepare also thin coatings of the pigments screen-printed on ceramic glazes.

Abstract    A palette (CMYK) of ecofriendly polyfunctional pigments combining: (a) high NIR reflectance (cool pigments) that allow to moderate the temperature of indoor environments and the urban heat island effect (UHI), (b) photocatalytic activity for degradation of organic pollutants of contaminants of emerging concern (CECs), under substrates in solution (Orange II or Methylene Blue) and gaseous (NOx and VOCs such as acetaldehyde or toluene), (c) with biocidal (bactericidal/virucidal) activity and (d) X-ray radiation attenuators associated with Bi ions and codoped with bactericidal agents, will be described.
