چکیده
|
Polyurethane coatings based on aliphatic (n75) and aromatic (mdi) was applied to glass plates; then it was exposed to atmospheric environments and some of its properties such as gloss and hardness were closely studied and compared. both aliphatic and aromatic samples had a gloss value a bove 100 and generally showed a decrease in gloss during 47 days of exposure meanwhile the aromatic samples show less decline. both aliphatic and aromatic samples had hardness value a bove 100 and had a decent level of hardness. the hardness' increasing ratio was similar in both, but in the aliphatic sample there was a graeter increase in hardness.
