چکیده    Phosphate is one of the most widely used conversion coatings in the industry. in this research, the effect of the presence of titanium-based activator on the morphology and improvement of corrosion resistance of phosphate coating has been investigated. and the results of the properties of the prepared activator are compared with the results of the commercial activator. phosphate coating is applied in the presence and absence of commercial and synthetic activators. sem and polarization tests were performed to compare the properties. sem results show that the phosphate grinds have become smaller from 10.76 μm to 2.4 μm in the activator's existence. the results of the polarization test indicate that the corrosion resistance of the phosphate coating increases with activation. in the presence of commercial and synthetic activators, the icorr reduced by 28% and 9.43%, respectively, compared to the phosphate sample without activation.
