چکیده    Discharge and release of colored effluents into surface waters due to their aromatic structure significantly increases the likelihood of damage to ecosystems and humans through persistent genetic, toxic, and carcinogenic changes. recently, metal-organic frameworks (mof) have been studied as a large family of porous materials with high surface area, adjustable size, high thermal and chemical stability, and many applications in adsorption, separation, catalysis, electrochemistry, and a large number of emerging targets. in order to increase the efficiency and adsorption capacity of mof in the dye adsorption process can be improved by compositing them with activated carbon and metal nanoparticles. in this study, activated carbon (ac) and copper oxide(cuo) nanoparticles based on metal-organic frameworks (zif) were synthesized by the green method and used in order to investigate the adsorption of congo red an anionic dye and malachite green as a cationic dye contaminant from aqueous solutions. characterization and study of structural properties of synthesized nanocomposite were investigated by ftir, xrd, and sem. according to the studies, the absorption of congo red and mg dye from aqueous solutions with an initial concentration of 20 mg/l, neutral ph, with an adsorbent dose of 0.006 g in the time range of 0-150 min, the max removal efficiency, and adsorption capacity were 50.13%, 200.55 mg/g, 92%, and 368.25 mg/g, respectively.

Abstract    Discharge and release of colored effluents into surface waters due to their aromatic structure significantly increases the likelihood of damage to ecosystems and humans through persistent genetic, toxic, and carcinogenic changes.
