چکیده    The stability of the dispersion and distribution of dye particles in the sublimation inkjet printing is one of the essential challenges for researchers. the problem of instability can negatively affect two important characteristics: the resolution of the printed image and the nozzle clogging of the printing machine[1,2,3]. the present study aimed to obtain a formulation of a water-based dispersion dye solution with suitable stability. for this purpose, we used disperse dye brown 27 as the main dye to optimize the above characteristics. also, this dye has a suitable specific surface area of about 0.868(m2.g-1), which has played an important role in selecting this material as dye used in this research. different amounts of dispersant agent were used to obtain the optimum amount. five samples were prepared for printing by the sublimation inkjet method. the turbidity test was performed for 39 days to evaluate the stability of the prepared samples. based on the results, it was observed that the sample with 50% dispersant agent, while having a lower sedimentation rate, more dispersion stability, and at the same time showed a lower agglomeration. in addition, the rheological properties and surface tension of the samples were also investigated. according to the results, the sample with 50% dispersant agent showed completely newtonian behavior in the shear rate, and the surface tension of the samples was in the range(45-33mn/m). finally, it can be stated that the 50% dispersant agent has the best performance in terms of stability and can be introduced for use in inkjet printing

Abstract    The stability of the dispersion and distribution of dye particles in the sublimation inkjet printing is one of the essential challenges for researchers.
