چکیده    One of the most attractive research areas in organic polymer electronics is the development of polymer coatings having two important characteristics at the same time: high electrical conductivity and low cost. polyaniline and its nanocomposites have such a condition and there is a great potential to prepare conductive polymer coatings. different factors can determine the morphology of pure emeraldine salts, including polymerization conditions. in this research, polyaniline salts were synthesized by in situ oxidative polymerization. they have flake and nanowire morphologies and were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (sem). the films were made of polyaniline-based inks and their electrical properties by four probe method were analyzed. the simple drop-casting method was chosen to prepare thin films. it was found that there is a strong relationship between morphology and electrical properties. also, it was cleared that the films made of nanowire-polyaniline have a higher electrical conductivity than those made of deposited from flake morphology. it can be attributed to different chain ordering and interchain interactions in deposited films.

Abstract    One of the most attractive research areas in organic polymer electronics is the development of polymer coatings having two important characteristics at the same time: high electrical conductivity and low cost.
