چکیده

Graphene oxide (go), as a highly potent substance that has many excellent properties, does not intrinsically exhibit a prominent absorption peak in the uva and uvb regions. this can limit their applications as an additive, especially in outdoor coatings. so, this paper aims at improving the uv absorbing property of graphene oxide using rosa damascena flower and ziziphora as green uv stabilizers. for this purpose, the go nanosheets were treated in various ph and ratios. finally, it could be concluded that conducting the treatment at 1:6 (go: green extracts) and ph=2 presented the optimum condition to promote the uv blocking characteristics of go favorably. these modified go nanosheets also have been tested by dpph to evaluate their antioxidant activities. the obtained results indicated that both go modified by green extracts can promote the antioxidant properties of go nanosheets. additionally, it was found that go modified by ziziphora extract depicted the best uv absorbing features.

|
