اثر فن‌آوری بر شکاف جنسیتی دستمزد

اگرچه که فن‌آوری و تکنیک‌های به کارگیری ابزار، همواره نقش مهمی در تحولات زندگی انسان داشته، اما سرعت چشم‌گیر پیشرفت‌های فناورانه دنیای امروز، اذهان زیادی را معطوف به تبعات این تحولات نموده است. این فناوری‌ها با تاثیر بر نحوه رفتار و عملکرد جوامع، موجب تاثیر بر اقتصادها نیز می‌شود. از آنجایی که به نظر می‌رسد رشد فناوری‌های جدید باعث افزایش سهم اقتصاد خدماتی و سهم نیروی کار ماهر و درنتیجه تغییر ساختار اشتغال در اقتصاد خواهد شد، به نظر می‌رسد شکاف جنسیتی دستمزد نیز متاثر از تحولات فناورانه دنیای امروز شود. شکاف جنسیتی دستمزد در بازار کار به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین جنبه‌های نابرابری بین زنان و مردان شناخته شده و علی‌رغم سیاست‌گذاری‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی‌ها در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی برای رفع نابرابری جنسیتی، شکاف جنسیتی دستمزد همچنان به‌عنوان یک مشکل حل نشده باقی مانده است. از این‌رو، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر شکاف دستمزد بین مردان و زنان با تاکید بر تکنولوژی صنعت طراحی شده است. در این راستا، تاثیر تکنولوژی صنعت بر شکاف جنسیتی دستمزد به تفکیک صنایع در سطح کدهای دو رقمی isic طی سال‌های 1385، 1390، 1395 و 1400 موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. یافته‌های این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که تکنولوژی تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌دار بر شکاف جنسیتی دستمزد در صنایع دارد.

although the technology and techniques of using tools have always played an important role in the evolution of human life, the impressive speed of technological developments in today’s world has turned many minds to the consequences of these developments. by affecting the behavior and performance of societies, these technologies also affect economies. since it seems that the growth of new technologies will increase the share of the service economy and the share of skilled labor and, as a result, change the structure of employment in the economy, it seems that the gender wage gap will also be affected by the technological developments in today’s world. the gender wage gap in the labor market is known as one of the most important aspects of inequality between men and women, and despite policies and plans at the national and international levels to eliminate gender inequality, the gender wage gap remains an unsolved problem. therefore, this study is designed with the aim of evaluating the factors affecting the wage gap between men and women with an emphasis on industry technology. in this regard, the effect of industry technology on the gender wage gap has been investigated by industry at the level of two-digit isic codes during the years 2006, 2011, 2016 and 2021. the findings of this study indicate that technology has a positive and significant effect on the gender wage gap in industries. this result shows that women should be encouraged and justified to make more investments in the field of technological education
