ارتباط بین اعتبارات بودجه‌ای و بانکی با رشد اقتصادی استان‌ها کشور با رویکرد panel-var

در دسترس برای بنگاه های تولیدی محسوب می شوند. به‌کارگیری مناسب و بهینه جریان تسهیلات و اعتبار می‌تواند افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری، رونق تولید و اشتغال و در نتیجه رشد اقتصادی را به دنبال داشته باشد. علاوه بر این اعتبارات بودجه‌ای به عنوان سیاست مالی نقش مهمی در رشد اقتصادی دارد. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین اعتبارات بودجه‌ای دولت و اعتبارات بانکی بر اساس سیاست مالی و پولی بر رشد اقتصادی و توزیع درآمد استان‌های کشور بوده است. در این راستا اعتبارات تخصیص داده شده بر استان‌های مختلف بر اساس سیاست پولی و مالی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. به منظور تحلیل این رابطه از اطلاعات آماری بازه زمانی 1399-1380 و روش داده‌های پنلی خودرگرسیون برداری (panelvar) استفاده گردید. نتایج بدست آمده از تکانه وارد شده از ناحیه اعتبارات بودجه‌ای اثر مثبتی بر رشد اقتصادی استان‌های کشور داشته است. همچنین این تکانه منجر به توزیع نامناسب تر درآمد در استان‌های کشور شده است. اثرات سیاست پولی نیز بر متغیرهای رشد اقتصادی و توزیع درآمد مانند مخارج دولت بوده است اما شدت اثر گذاری سیاست پولی از سیاست مالی بیشتر بوده است.

relationship between budget and bank credits with the economic growth of the provinces of the country with the panel-var approach

in theories of financial development of banks by attracting liquidity and granting facilities, one of the important financial resources and they are available for manufacturing companies. proper and optimal use of the flow of facilities and credit can increase investment, boost production and employment and thus economic growth. in addition, budget credit as a fiscal policy plays an important role in economic growth.the purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between government budget credits and bank credits based on fiscal and monetary policy on economic growth and income distribution of the provinces. in this regard, the credits allocated to different provinces have been evaluated based on monetary and fiscal policy. in order to analyze this relationship, statistical data for the period 2000-2021 and the vector autoregression panel data method (panelvar) were used. the results of the shock from the budget credits have had a positive effect on the economic growth of the country's provinces. this shock has also led to more inadequate distribution of income in the provinces of the country. the effects of monetary policy on variables of economic growth and income distribution have been similar to government spending, but the impact of monetary policy has been greater than fiscal policy
