اثرگذاری امنیت سیاسی و ثبات دولت‌ها بر جذب سرمایهگذاری مستقیم خارجی: اقتصادسنجی فضایی

ضرورت وجود امنیت و ثبات در کشورها و مناطق مختلف جهان به عنوان بستر مناسبی برای گسترش همکاری‌های اقتصادی و سرمایه‌گذاری بین کشورها و عاملی مهم برای جذب سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی است. در مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از داده‌های 66 کشور و روش اقتصادسنجی فضایی در بازه زمانی 2016-1990 به مطالعه تاثیر امنیت سیاسی بر جذب سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی پرداخته می‌شود. بهترین مدل برای تفسیر نتایج مدل دوربین فضایی بوده که نتایج حاصل از برآوردها نشان می‌دهد متغیرهای تولید ناخالص داخلی، درجه باز بودن اقتصادی و ثبات دولت‌ها اثر مثبت و معنادار و متغیرهای نرخ ارز و تورم اثر منفی و معنادار بر جذب سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی داشته‌اند. هم‌چنین اثر سرریز متغیر نرخ ارز منفی و معنادار و اثرات سرریز متغیر درجه باز بودن اقتصادی و ثبات دولت‌ها نیز مثبت و معنادار بود‌ه‌اند. نتایج حاصل از مطالعه بیانگر آن است که برقراری امنیت سیاسی عاملی مهم در جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی بوده و کشورها می‌توانند با برقراری امنیت سیاسی، موفقیت بیشتری در جذب سرمایه‌های خارجی داشته باشند. از سویی دیگر اثر سرریز امنیت سیاسی نشان می‌دهد هر چه منطقه‌ای که کشورها در آن واقع هستند، از امنیت بیشتری برخوردار باشد، تمایل سرمایه‌گذاران برای حضور در این کشورها و سرمایه‌گذاری بیشتر است و این عامل یکی از فاکتورهای مهم و اثرگذار بر جریان سرمایه‌گذاری است.

The Effect of Political Security and Government Stability on Attracting Foreign Direct Investment: Spatial Econometrics

The need for security and stability in different countries and regions of the world as a good platform for expanding economic cooperation and investment between countries and attracting foreign direct investment and it is important factor to attract foreign direct investment. The study uses data from 66 countries and spatial econometrics in the period 19902016 to study the effect of political security on attracting foreign direct investment. The best model for interpreting the results is the Spatial Durbin Model. The results of the estimates showed the variables of GDP, openness, and government stability had a positive and significant effect on FDI and the variables of exchange rate and inflation had a negative and significant effect on attracting foreign direct investment. Also, the spillover effect of the exchange rate variable was negative and significant on FDI, and the spillover effects of openness and government stability variables were positive and significant on FDI. The results of the study indicated that the establishment of political security is an important factor in attracting foreign investment and countries can be more successful in attracting foreign investment by establishment investment security. On the other hand, the spillover effect of political security shows that the more secure the region in which the countries are located, the more investors are willing to participate in these countries and invest there, and this factor is one of the important and effective factors on the investment flow.
