رویکرد مدیریتی امام خمینی (ره) به سنت و مدرنیسم و نقش آنها در تمدن‌سازی

دو مقوله سنت و مدرنیته از جمله مباحثی هستند که در نظام فکری اندیشمندان در مسئله تمدن و اداره حکومت ها، در دوران معاصر چالش‌های زیادی ایجاد کرده است. امام خمینی مشکل و بحران رویارویی با مدرنیته را شناخته و با آگاهی از این مساله کوشیده است راه حل رفع این معضل در جامعه ایران را ارائه نماید. سوال اصلی تحقیق این است که دیدگاه امام خمینی در مواجهه سنت و مدرنیته چیست و در ورود به این مسئله چه فرایندی را طی کرده است؟ روش تحقیق از نوع آمیخته، و از نظر جهت گیری، توسعه ای می باشد. البته محققین با طراحی مدل محقق ساخته پژوهش را دنبال کرده اند. داده ها در مراحل (خلق‌ مفاهیم‌ و مقوله‌ها)، با کدگذاری محوری انجام شده است. محققین در مصاحبه های انجام شده، با صورت بندی الگوی اکتشافی ضمن تحلیل و تلفیق داده ها با ارائه مقوله‌هایی از قبیل عوامل علی، شرایط مداخله گر (محیطی)، عوامل راهبردی و... اقدام به نتیجه گیری کرده‌اند. نتیجه تحقیق نشان می‌دهد امام در درجه اول با احیاء و قرائت جدیدی از سنت، به خصوص سنت های مذهبی، و در مرحله دوم با پذیرش الزامات عملی و مقتضیات زمان و مکان، سنت و تجدد و مدرنیته را با ارزش های الهی تطبیق و به نفع اسلام ناب به تعامل رساند.

management approach of imam khomeini (ra) to tradition and modernity and their role in civilization building

the concepts of tradition and modernity are among the issues that have created significant challenges in the intellectual frameworks of thinkers concerning civilization and governance in contemporary times. accordingly, the aim of this research was to examine imam khomeini's management approach in relation to tradition and modernity and their role in civilization building. this research is development-oriented and employs a mixed methodology. in the qualitative section, the research utilized a grounded theory approach. by employing this approach, which involved focusing on words, analysis, description, clarification, and interpretation of supporting theories and empirical texts, data was collected. additionally, the qualitative sample comprised academic experts, and through chain sampling, the interviews reached theoretical saturation. based on the strauss and corbin (1997) model, the main categories and research factors were identified. to evaluate the adequacy of the research, interpretive research evaluation indicators were used. through review and validation by participating members in the validation process, the findings of the study were deemed to have the necessary credibility and trustworthiness. the results of the quantitative data also confirmed the significance of all categories in the explanatory model. overall, the findings indicate that imam khomeini's management approach is effective in the civilization-building of the islamic world.
