تحلیلی بر فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای تکنولوژی‌های ارتباطی نوین در تمدن نوین اسلامی

تمدن اسلامی با خوانشی غایت‌مدار و متعالی، تفسیر حداکثری از دین دارد. تمدن اسلامی نظامی از ارزش‌هاست که نمی تواند هرگونه چارچوب از پیش تعیین‌شده دنیای بیرونی را بپذیرد. بنابراین منطقی به نظر می‌رسد که تمدن اسلامی با چالش های بسیار بیشتری با مسائل دنیوی از جمله تکنولوژی‌های ارتباطی روبه رو شود. با عنایت به اینکه تکنولوژی های ارتباطی همانند شمشیر دولبه هم فرصت‌آور و هم تهدیدکننده هستند، تمدن سازان اسلامی و مسلمان معاصر از طرفی درصدد واکاوی فرصت هایی هستند که اینگونه تکنولوژی ها برای تمدن اسلامی فراهم نموده اند و از دیگر سوی قدم در تبیین و کاهش تهدیدها و چالش های فراروی میان این دو حوزه گذاشته اند. بر همین اساس سوال اصلی پژوهش که محققان به دنبال پاسخ به آن هستند، این است که تکنولوژی‌های ارتباطی نوین برای تمدن نوین اسلامی چه فرصت‌ها و تهدیداتی دارند و چالش‌های اساسی آن کدامند؟ در این پژوهش از روش کیفی اسنادی استفاده شده و داده‌های مورد استفاده شامل بهره‌گیری از آیات قرآن کریم، روایات و احادیث و همچنین تفسیرهای مرتبط با این آیات و روایات است. تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس تحلیل محتوای این مفاهیم انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که با اشاره به آیات و روایات و رخدادهای صدر اسلام رویکرد تمدن اسلامی را می‌توان اینگونه ارزیابی کرد که تکنولوژی های ارتباطی را تا جایی بپذیرد که ماهیت آموزه های تمدن اسلامی را مخدوش نکند، البته درصدد آن نیز نیست که این تکنولوژی ها را در عرصه جامعه براندازد. همچنین، منشا تفاوت میان نظریات تمدن‌سازان مسلمان در کاربست تکنولوژی‌های ارتباطی، تفاوت در روش موضوع شناسی است، نه تفاوت در ماهیت و اصول دین. باعنایت به اینکه دین اسلام، دینی پویا است، متفکران و فقهای مسلمان معاصر، باید در جهت کاربست تکنولوژی های ارتباطی در راستای اهداف متعالی تمدن اسلامی گام بردارند، یعنی همکاری میان حوزه و دانشگاه ضرورت یابد.

an analysis of opportunities and threats of new communication technologies in modern islamic civilization

islamic civilization has a maximum interpretation of religion with a transcendent goal. islamic civilization is a system of values that cannot accept any predetermined framework of the outside world. therefore, it seems logical that islamic civilization will face many more challenges with worldly issues, including communication technologies. given that communication technologies are both opportunities and threats, like a double-edged sword, contemporary islamic and muslim civilization builders are on the one hand trying to analyze the opportunities that such technologies have provided for islamic civilization, and on the other hand, in explaining and reducing the threats and challenges between these two areas. accordingly, the main question of the research that the researchers seek to answer is, what opportunities and threats do new communication technologies have for the modern islamic civilization, and what are its basic challenges? in this research, the qualitative documentary method is used and the data used includes using the verses of the holy quran, hadiths and hadiths as well as interpretations related to these verses and hadiths. data analysis is based on content analysis of these concepts. the findings show that by referring to the verses, traditions and events of the beginning of islam, the approach of islamic civilization can be evaluated in such a way that it accepts communication technologies to the extent that it does not distort the nature of the teachings of islamic civilization, of course, it is not intended that this technology ‌s in the field of society. also, the origin of the difference between the ideas of muslim civilization builders in the application of communication technologies is the difference in the thematic method, not the difference in the nature and principles of religion. due to the fact that islam is a dynamic religion, contemporary muslim thinkers and jurists should take steps towards the application of communication technologies in line with the lofty goals of islamic civilization, that is, cooperation between the field and the university is necessary.
