بررسی عملکرد اقتصادی دولت سامانی در حوزه علم و دانش

یکی از دوره‌های شکوهمند تمدن اسلامی، دوره امارت سامانیان بود. سامانیان نسبت به ترویج دانش اهتمام داشتند و با حمایت مالی از دانش و دانشوران، سبب گسترش حوزه های دانش می شدند. هدف این تحقیق، پاسخ به این پرسش است که دولت سامانی چگونه با سیاست‌های اقتصادی خود در حوزه دانش تاثیر می گذاشت؟ پژوهشگران با انتخاب چارچوب نظری؛ « دولت یکی از مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار در حوزه دانش است و می‏تواند بنا به نیاز و اقتضائات خود، دانش را تولید یا گسترش و رشد آن را متوقف کند» و بر اساس منابع موجود کتابخانه‌ای با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی در پی پاسخ به پرسش فوق است. دستاورد پژوهش حاضر این است که: سامانیان با حمایت مالی از عالمان - در قالب معافیت‌ دانشمندان از خراج، اعطای صله و قرار دادن موقوفات برای طلاب- در پیشرفت دانش‌های نقلی، گام‌های اساسی برداشته بودند. دیوان حِسبه سامانی در گسترش فقه سیاسی و فقه معاملات موثر بود. دولت سامانی با ایجاد یا توسعه جوامع، رباط‌ها و کتابخانه ها، به‌صورت عمده به گسترش دانش‌های نقلی و سپس دانش‌های عقلی کمک موثر می کرد. دانش‌های حساب و ریاضیات، نجوم و هیئت و جغرافیا، به سبب کارکرد اقتصادی که داشتند، توسط دولت سامانی حمایت شده و توسعه یافته‏بودند. مدارس حنفی و شافعی با حمایت مالی دولت سامانی اداره می‌شد و در نتیجه، فقه حنفی و شافعی پیروان زیادی در قلمرو سامانیان داشتند. دانش‌های نقلی و دینی به جهت مشروعیت بخشی به دولت، بیشتر مورد توجه بوده و به این سبب، توسعه و گسترش یافته‌بودند.

one of the glorious periods of islamic civilization is the samanid period, they expanded the field of science with financial support. the purpose of the research is to answer the question, how has the samanid empire affected the field of knowledge with its economic policies? the article by choosing the theoretical framework; the government is one of the influential components in the field of knowledge and can produce or expand knowledge or stop its growth according to its needs and requirements, and based on library sources, it examines the above question with a descriptive-analytical method. the result of the research is that samanian has taken a step forward in the development of religious education by providing financial support to students in the form of exempting students from tribute and endowment for students. samanid accounting management has been effective in the development of political jurisprudence and commercial jurisprudence. the government’s efforts to develop mosques and libraries were mainly effective in spreading oral knowledge and then intellectual knowledge. considering the economic function of mathematics, astronomy, and geography, it has been supported by the samanid empire. hanafi and shafi’i were managed with the financial support of the samanid empire, as a result of which hanafi and shafi’i jurisprudence had many followers in this territory, and the school of maliki jurisprudence was isolated due to a lack of financial support. narrative and shariah education has been given more attention to legitimize the government and for this reason, it has been developed and expanded.
