الزامات، اصول و روش های اخلاقی و آموزشی شاگردپروری از دیدگاه امام صادق (ع)

یکی از بنیادی ترین شاخصه‌های مرجعیت علمی که به لحاظ تاریخی باورمندی به مرجعیتِ مرجع و سرآمدی او را بر دیگر مدعیان اثبات می‌کند، شاگردپروری است. این اصطلاح بدین معناست که هر مربی، معلم یا استاد با کاربست تمهیداتی برنامه‌ریزی‌شده، فراگیرانش را افرادی متخلّق، کارآمد و متخصص بار می‌آورد و آنان را برای ایفای نقش‌های متناسب علمی در جوامع انسانی آماده می‌سازد. فرایند شاگردپروری بر اساس اصول و روش‌های خاصی انجام می‌گیرد. مسئله این پژوهش چگونگی کاربستِ هوشمندانه و نظام مند این فرایند در نظام آموزشی امام صادق (ع) است. سوال این است که الزامات، اصول و روش‌های شاگردپروری در مکتب علمی امام صادق (ع) در حوزه آموزش و اخلاق چگونه محقق شده است؟ روش پژوهش تحلیل محتوا با رویکرد کیفی و تحلیل مضمون و روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، بررسی اسناد و مدارک است. واحد بررسی، گزارش‌ها و روایات تاریخی با تکیه بر روایت مشهور به «رجل شامی» است. راویان متعددی تعداد شاگردان امام را از یک تا 200 نفر تا خانه پر از جمعیت گزارش کرده‌اند. شاگردپروری نخبگانی در دستور کار امام قرار داشته و امام بر این نکته تحفظ داشته‌اند که شاگردان در همان رشته‌هایی که تخصص دارند به مناظره بپردازند. بررسی نمونه انتخابی از مناظرات علمی امام صادق (ع) نشان داد که تربیت برنامه‌ریزی‌شده شاگردان متخصص و نخبه در رشته‌های مختلف بر پایه اصول آموزشی هشتگانه و اصول اخلاقی پنج گانه و با استفاده از روش‌های آموزشی هفتگانه و روش‌های اخلاقی سه‌گانه انجام‌گرفته است.

one of the most fundamental indicators of scientific authority, which historically proves the belief in the authority of the authority and its superiority over the claimants, is discipleship. produces efficient and expert and prepares them to play appropriate scientific roles in human societies. the discipleship process is carried out based on the principles and methods of characteristics. this research is the intelligent and systematic application of this process in the educational system of imam sadiq (as). the question is, &how have the requirements, principles, and methods of discipleship been realized in the scientific school of imam sadiq (a.s.) in the field of education and ethics&. the research method is content analysis with a qualitative approach and theme analysis, and the data collection method is document review. the unit of investigation is historical reports and narrations based on the narration known as &man of shami&.several narrators have reported the number of imam’s students from one to 200 people to a house full of people. cultivating elite disciples was on the imam’s agenda, and the imam reserved the point that the students debate in the same fields they specialize in. examining a selected sample of the scientific debates of imam sadiq (a.s.) showed that the planned training of expert and elite students in various fields was based on the eight educational principles and the five ethical principles and by using the seven educational methods and the three ethical methods.
