Iran's medical potentiality is in 30 top countries in the world, but iran’s rank in the performance of health systems and the corresponding indicator is 99 among 180 countries in the world. so the main idea in this article is to show a way to make improvements in iran’s health system compared with turkey’s health system improvement. turkey is joined in organization for economic co-operation and development countries (oecd) and accepted oecd’s standard in the health system. for achieving this success, turkey should consider successful countries health systems such as france, denmark, england and america, then make his health system according to his condition and confidence way that suggested by successful countries. the most important measures taken in this field was integrated the health care delivery system in this country that took place in about 10 years. these changes increased satisfaction percentage (%70) in health service among people of this country. another reason for the success of turkey, was coordination and cohesion of the parliament, government, policy makers and financial sectors. iran’s health ministry budget in 1390 was 3 billion dollars, this budget grows up to 5 billion dollars in 1394, in spite of iran health system rank did not have oblivious change. so we try to show development way for iran health system according to turkey in such fields like population, regional condition and finance problems. in this study, world health organization (who) data about turkey health systems and turkey sites information is used for providing a method. in this study, we trying to adapt turkey health system improvements for iran’s conditions.
