نقش دانشگاهها در توسعه نوآوری و کارآفرینی

کارآفرینی یک مفهوم چند وجهی پیچیده ای است که امروزه توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است و بیشتر صاحب نظران بر این نکته توافق دارند که کارآفرینی و کارآفرینان سهم به سزایی در نوآوری و در نهایت در توسعه ی اقتصادی دارند. می‌دانیم که اختلاف سطح فناوری کشور ما با کشورهای پیشرفته، بسیار زیاد بوده و کارآفرینی یکی از ابزارهای مهم فکری- اقتصادی و نوآورانه برای کم نمودن این فاصله است بر این مبنا توسعه کارآفرینی را می توان به‌واسطه نتایجی که بر آن مترتب است نقطه عطف هرگونه پیشرفت و ترقی در جامعه تلقی نمود. لذا در پژوهش حاضر ابتدا به بررسی مفهوم نوآوری و سپس کارآفرینی پرداخته و ضمن بیان ضرورت آنها، در قدم بعد به نقش دانشگاهها و موسسات آموزش عالی به‌عنوان یکی از مراکز مهم حضور نخبگان، نوآوران و متفکران که تولیدکننده خلاقیت و نوآوری، در فرایند کارآفرینی به‌شمار می‌آیند، می پردازیم و پس از بررسی نقش دانشگاهها و موسسات آموزش عالی در این مهم، در نهایت به طور ضمنی، ضرورت تغییر و تحول دانشگاه و تبدیل شدن آن به دانشگاه کارآفرین را مورد مداقه قرار خواهیم داد.
