چکیده
|
Entrepreneurial culture is a set of values, attitudes, norms and behaviors that constitute the identity of the entrepreneur. this culture supports a culture of entrepreneurship, change and innovation, risk-taking, organizational learning, vision, customer orientation and teamwork. studies show that entrepreneurship is a concept associated with culture. in this article attempts to examine the concept of entrepreneurship, the necessity and importance of organizational culture in governmental organizations mentioned in particular entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial organizations’ characteristics to be studied.

Abstract
|
Entrepreneurial culture is a set of values, attitudes, norms and behaviors that constitute the identity of the entrepreneur.
