چکیده    To deal with the uncertain and dynamic environment, this paper suggests an integrated system dynamics and scenario planning approach to support the internet banking expansion. we considered a variety of external and internal factors effecting the mentioned service. first an internet banking base scenario was expanded according to the personality, social, service quality and costs aspects. then three scenarios were explained in the different areas. the results showed, concentrating on the social issues could influence the internet banking adoption and its advantages are more than the other aspects.
