نقش مدیران پورتفولیو در ایجاد کارآفرینی و توسعه اقتصاد پایدار صنایع عمرانی

در دنیای امروز مسئولیت اجتماعی و حفظ منابع برای نسلهای آینده و استفاده از فناوری‌های سبز اهمیت بسیار یافته و یکی از نشانه‌های توسعه یافتگی جوامع است. در همین راستا یکی از وظایف مشاوران سطح عالی پورتفولیو نیز کمک به برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک برای توسعه اقتصادی پایدار در صنعت عمران است. مطالعه حاضر با نگرش مشاوران سطح عالی پورتفولیو در این صنایع را در توسعه اقتصاد پایدار بررسی می‌کند. ابتدا با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساخت یافته عوامل موثر در اقتصاد پایدار را شناسایی کرده و سپس با استفاده از روش ahp عوامل تاثیرگذار شناسایی شده را در سه دسته نگرش به اقتصاد، نگرش به منابع، و نگرش به منابع انسانی مورد بررسی قرار داده است. دسته بندی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل نشان داد که برای توسعه اقتصادی پایدار در صنایع عمرانی نیاز به وجود هر سه دسته ذکر شده در مشاوران عالی پورتفولیو وجود دارد و در نتیجه در به کارگیری این مشاوران باید به وجود سطح بالایی از هر سه دسته توجه کرد

The role of portfolio managers in creating entrepreneurship and developing a sustainable economy in the construction industry

In today's world, social responsibility and resource conservation are very important for future generations and the use of green technologies is one of the signs of the development of societies. In this regard, one of the tasks of high-level portfolio consultants is to help strategic planning for sustainable economic development in the construction industry. The present study examines the high level of portfolio in these industries with the attitude of consultants in the development of a sustainable economy. First, using semi-structured interviews, it has identified the factors influencing a sustainable economy, and then, using the AHP method, it has examined the factors that have been identified in three categories: attitudes toward economics, attitudes toward resources, and attitudes toward human resources. Classification and ranking of factors showed that for sustainable economic development in the construction industry, there is a need for all three categories mentioned in the senior portfolio consultants, and therefore in employing these consultants, the existence of a high level of all three categories should be considered.
