چکیده    In the way of make teleworking strongest in the country and the region, it was developed a qualitative, descriptive research, themselve seven cases of communications services sector’s smes at antioquia were analyzed, with propose for identifying strengths and weaknesses affairs at organizational culture for apply teleworking process in sense of corporate social responsibility. it was found a predominant unplanning for apply this work’s way and also requirement to boost training’s ict spaces for a real inclusion in teleworking of different generations with participation’s possibilities. its highlight importance of internal communication (mediated and face-to-face) rolls for a better perception for teleworking’s contribution to organizations and the necessity of positioning values such as trust and autonomy. in the analyzed cases, then appear advantageous factors for corporate social responsibility interventions
