چکیده    Researches and research`s finding play an important role in life quality of mankind. but this findings are useless and, not very important and don’t compensation research`s costs until be useable and accessible for applicants. because of this, identification of effective factor in commercialization of research`s performance is very important.the purpose of the present study is to develop the theoretical framework of the effective factors on commercializing operation of the academic studies suggested by the former researchers. the research methodology to develop this theoretical frame work is qualitative and multiple references were used to extract the information through interview and analysis of documents. due to findings of the research, the developed framework has 5 subjects including institutional (4 dimensions and 14 components), field (4 dimensions and 20 components), organizational (1 dimension and 8 components), individual (4 dimensions and 20 components) and environmental (1 dimension and 8 components) which its dimensions and components were identified and encoded. the findings show that the field and environmental subjects could affect on all processes and activities to commercialize the academic researches and the study of it as a subject is very good that has been considered less in previous researches
