   Exploring the Relation of Organizational Trust and Organizational Citizenship Behavior By the Intervening Function of Emotional Intelligence

چکیده    Today, service organizations play a critical role in approaching the goals of organizations and especially the quality of those services. one of these kinds of organizations are hospitals which are associated with a vast number of patients and their relatives. with the presentation of the role and importance of citizenship behaviors in different service organizations, numerous researches have been conducted on these behaviors and their effective factors. citizenship behavior is affected by a number of variables like organization justice, leadership style, organizational trust, organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, etc. thus, by surveying the previous researches in this field, we have presented a new conceptual model in order to influence these factors on citizenship behaviors and examined it using questionnaires in government organiztion. questionnaires used in this research are standard, cronbach’s alpha is above 0.7. methodology used in this study is descriptive of a correlation-structural equation model kind. after the questionnaires were collected completely, hypotheses were tested using spss software and lisrel software. in secondary hypotheses, the relationship between the variables of the research is approved, and it was shown that there are significant correlations between the variables. afterwards the impact of organizational trust on emotional intelligence was approved with the effective factor of 0.85 and significance level of 12.2. also the impact of emotional intelligence on citizenship behavior is approved with the effective factor of 0.59 and significance level of 6.4. the impact of organizational trust on citizenship behavior is approved with the effective factor of 0.39 and significance level of 4.5. however the most important result in this study was the interventional effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship between organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior which was approved, because the indirect impact of organizational trust on citizenship behavior is 0.57 with the intervention of emotional intelligence, and 0.52 without it.
