تاثیر نگرش مشاوران عالی پورتفولیو در ایجاد کارآفرینی و نوآوری در صنایع عمرانی

مشاوران سطح عالی پورتفولیو ارتباط بین نیروی انسانی در صنعت عمران را برعهده دارند و این کار را بر اساس توانایی نفوذ و اثرگذاری در دیگران جهت هم افزایی و دستیابی به اهداف خاص انجام می‌دهند. در دنیای رقابتی، خلاقیت و نوآوری برای پایداری و توسعه صنایع عمرانی بسیار مهم است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش خلاقیت و نوآوری در صنایع عمرانی، نگرش مشاوران سطح عالی پورتفولیو در این صنایع را در ایجاد نوآوری و کارآفرینی در نیروهای انسانی این صنعت برسی می‌کند. این مقاله با روش ahp عوامل تاثیرگذار در نگرش این مدیران را در پنج طبقه نگرش به خلاقیت، آشنایی با تکنیکهای خلاقیت، آشنایی با مدیریت منابع انسانی، نگرش عملکردی و نگرش به بهره‌وری و عوامل تشکیل دهنده آنها سنجیده است. دسته بندی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل نشان داد که برای نوآوری در صنایع عمرانی نیاز به وجود هر پنج دسته ذکر شده در مشاوران عالی پورتفولیو وجود دارد و در نتیجه در به کارگیری این مشاوران باید به وجود سطح بالایی از هر پنج دسته توجه کرد

The Impact of Attitudes of Top Portfolio Consultants on Creating Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Construction Industry

Top-level portfolio consultants are responsible for the relationship between human resources in the construction industry and do so based on the ability to influence and influence others to synergize and achieve specific goals. In a competitive world, creativity and innovation are crucial for the sustainability and development of the construction industry. The present study aims to investigate the role of creativity and innovation in the construction industry, examines the attitudes of top-level portfolio consultants in these industries in creating innovation and entrepreneurship in the human resources of this industry. Using the AHP method, this article has measured the factors influencing the attitudes of these managers in five categories: attitude to creativity, familiarity with creativity techniques, familiarity with human resource management, functional attitude and attitude to productivity and their constituent factors. Classification and ranking of factors showed that for innovation in the construction industry, there is a need for all five categories mentioned in the top portfolio consultants, and therefore in employing these consultants, the existence of a high level of all five categories should be considered.
