طراحی سیستم مدیریت ارزش کسب شده در پروژه های epc

یکی از تکنیک‌هایی که در چند دهه اخیر در دنیای صنعت جای خود را باز کرده و جزو استانداردهای مدیریت پروژه قرار گرفته است، تکنیک آنالیز ارزش کسب شده می باشد. این تکنیک به همراه سیستم برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه که اطلاعات ورودی آن را تامین می‌کند، سیستم مدیریت ارزش کسب شده نامیده می‌شود. در این مقاله با مروری بر تاریخچه سیستم ارزش کسب شده و ابعاد و مفاهیم سیستم پرداخته شده است. در قسمت بعدی پیش نیازهای استفاده از مدیریت ارزش کسب شده ارائه شده است. روش‌های برنامه‌ریزی و اندازه‌گیری ارزش کسب شده شامل هفت روش برهه های وزن دار، فرمول ثابت، روش تخمین درصد پیشرفت، ترکیبی از روش تخمین درصد پیشرفت و برهه‌های وزن‌دار، روش شمارش واحدها، روش استانداردهای کسب شده، روش کار وابسته (وابستگی یک بسته‌کاری به بسته‌کاری دیگر) می باشد. که نتیجه گرفته می شود که تکنیک مناسب ارزش کسب شده برای هر بسته‌کاری براساس ویژگی‌های کلیدی آن یعنی الف) مدت زمان و ب) قابل لمس‌بودن محصول آن، قابل تعیین و مناسب است.

Design of value management system in EPC projects

One of the techniques that has found its place in the world of industry in recent decades and has become one of the standards of project management, is the technique of value analysis. This technique, along with the project planning and control system that provides the input information, is called the acquired value management system. This article reviews the history of the value system and the dimensions and concepts of the system. In the next section, the prerequisites for using the acquired value management are presented. Methods of planning and measuring the value obtained include seven methods of weighted moments, fixed formula, method of estimating percentage of progress, a combination of method of estimating percentage of progress and weighted moments, method of counting units, method of obtained standards, dependent work method (dependence of a package on Another package). It is concluded that the appropriate technique for the value obtained for each package can be determined and appropriate based on its key characteristics, namely: a) duration and b) the tangibility of its product
