Abstract    The aim of this study is investigate the moderating role of teamwork orientation on the relationship between perceived organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Although researches carried out on the relationship between organizational justice and citizenship behavior indicate that there is a relationship between perceived organizational justice and employee behavior, some evidence suggests that the relationship between these two variables is not significant in some organizations. The reason for this fact should be traced in the presence of variables that can increase or decrease the intensity of the relationship as moderating factors. The data required were collected using questionnaires. The statistical population of the research includes all employees of four home electrical appliance manufacturing firms at Gilan Province (N=278), with 180 of them selected using the proportional sampling method. The data collected were analyzed using the software Smart PLS-2 and the structural equation analysis method, based on the Partial Least Square Methodology (PLS). Findings showed that employees’ teamwork orientation, from among the three aspects of the perceived justice, has a moderating role in the effects of the procedural justice on the organizational citizenship behavior (ß= 0.795, R2= 0.201) and in the effects of the interactional justice on the organizational citizenship behavior (ß= 0.768, R2= 0.192).
