چکیده    The application and impact of emotional intelligence in business in recent years has been highly regarded by managers. emotional intelligence examines the effect of proportionality in social relationships and psychological and emotional communication in specific situations. that is, a person can improve his condition and improve his / her social and mental condition in different conditions. the present study examined the components of emotional intelligence as factors influencing the creation of international businesses. the statistical population of the study is international business, which was selected through a sampling method among managers, experts and researchers of international business. data collection tool  researcher made questionnaire   be factor analysis was used to analyze the research data. the results indicate that the components of emotional intelligence have a direct impact on international entrepreneurship and affect the rate of formation of international businesses.based on results of this research, it is suggested that way to improve the situation  of international business is to pay attention to the emotional intelligence
